महिंद्रा थार की कीमत 9.99 लाख रुपये से शुरू है और 16.49 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) है. वहीं, मारुति सुजुकी जिम्नी की कीमतों को अभी ऐलान नहीं है लेकिन माना कि कीमत भी 10 लाख रुपये (एक्स-शोरूम) से शुरू है.

Mahindra Thar price starts at Rs 9.99 Lakh and goes up to Rs 16.49 Lakh (Ex-showroom). At the same time, the prices of Maruti Suzuki Jimny have not been announced yet but it is believed that the price also starts from Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom).

थार 2-लीटर टर्बो पेट्रोल (150पीएस/320एनएम), 2.2-लीटर डीजल (130पीएस/300एनएम) और 1.5-लीटर डीजल (118पीएस/300एनएम). वहीं, मारुति सुजुकी जिम्नी सिर्फ 1.5 लीटर पेट्रोल इंजन (105पीएस/134.2एनएम).

Thar 2-litre turbo petrol (150PS/320Nm), 2.2-litre diesel (130PS/300Nm) and 1.5-litre diesel (118PS/300Nm). Whereas, Maruti Suzuki Jimny only 1.5 liter petrol engine (105PS/134.2Nm).

थार में सभी इंजन के साथ 6-स्पीड मैनुअल गियरबॉक्स स्टैंडर्ड है जबकि 2-लीटर टर्बो पेट्रोल और 2.2-लीटर डीजल इंजन के साथ 6-स्पीड ऑटोमेटिक गियरबॉक्स का ऑप्शन है. जिम्नी में 5-स्पीड मैनुअल और 4-स्पीड ऑटोमेटिक गियरबॉक्स का ऑप्शन है. जिम्नी में आईडल इंजन स्टार्ट-स्टॉप फंक्शन है.

A 6-speed manual gearbox is standard with all engines in the Thar while a 6-speed automatic gearbox is optional with the 2-litre turbo petrol and 2.2-litre diesel engines. Whereas, the Jimny has the option of 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic gearbox. The Jimny gets idle engine start-stop function.

महिंद्रा थार में फोर-व्हील-ड्राइव और रियर-व्हील-ड्राइव, दोनों ऑप्शन हैं. वहीं, मारुति सुजुकी जिम्नी में लो-रेश्यो गियरबॉक्स के साथ फोर-व्हील-ड्राइव (4डब्ल्यूडी) सिस्टम है.

The Mahindra Thar gets both four-wheel-drive and rear-wheel-drive options. The Maruti Suzuki Jimny, on the other hand, gets a four-wheel-drive (4WD) system with a low-ratio gearbox.

थार में 7.0 इंच टचस्क्रीन इंफोटेनमेंट सिस्टम (एंड्रॉयड ऑटो, एप्पल कारप्ले कनेक्टिविटी), ऑटो एसी, क्रूज कंट्रोल, स्टीयरिंग माउंटेड कंट्रोल और डिजिटल एमआईडी वाला इंस्ट्रूमेंट क्लस्टर है. वहीं, जिम्नी में 9-इंच टचस्क्रीन इंफोटेनमेंट सिस्टम (एंड्रॉइड ऑटो और एप्पल कारप्ले के साथ), क्रूज कंट्रोल और ऑटो क्लाइमेट कंट्रोल जैसे फीचर हैं.

The Thar gets a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system (Android Auto, Apple CarPlay connectivity), auto AC, cruise control, steering mounted controls and an instrument cluster with a digital MID. The Jimny, on the other hand, gets features like a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system (with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay), cruise control and auto climate control.
