कार-बाइक इंश्योरेंस के नियम, नहीं हुआ बीमा तो फास्टैग से कटएंगे पैसे (Car-bike insurance rules, if not insured then money will be deducted from fastag)

सड़क पर कोई वाहन चलाते समय पहला नियम है कि वाहन का बीमा जरूरी है. जो कार या बाइक  हैं, अगर बीमा नहीं है तो चालान कटता है. लेकिन जुड़े नियमों में बदलाव कर रही है. नए नियम मुताबिक अगर ऐसा वाहन चलाते पकड़ेएगा जिसका बीमा नहीं है तो तुरंत बीमा खरीदता है. बीमा की रकम फास्टैग से काटी जाएगी. 

The first rule while driving a vehicle on the road is that the insurance of the vehicle is necessary. Those who are cars or bikes, if there is no insurance then the challan is deducted. But the related rules are changing. According to the new rule, if he is caught driving a vehicle which does not have insurance, he immediately buys the insurance. Insurance amount will be deducted from fastag.

  

परिवहन मंत्रालय  बिना बीमा वाले वाहनों पर नकेल कसने के लिए बड़े बदलाव तैयारी कर रही. भारत में करीब 50 फ़ीसदी वाहन बिना बीमा इस्तेमाल किए हैं. वाहन दुर्घटना का शिकार हैं और बीमा न होने से पीड़ित व्यक्ति को उपचार का खबर नहीं मिलता. वाहनों का कम से कम थर्ड पार्टी बीमा होना अनिवार्य है. 

The Ministry of Transport is preparing major changes to crack down on uninsured vehicles. About 50% of the vehicles in India are used without insurance. Vehicle is a victim of accident and due to lack of insurance, the victim does not get the news of treatment. It is mandatory to have at least third party insurance for vehicles.

सरकार पुलिस और ट्रांसपोर्ट डिपार्टमेंट के अधिकारी एक डिवाइस से बिना बीमा पकड़े वाहन को थर्ड पार्टी बीमा दिला दें. सड़क एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के वाहन ऐप की मदद ली जाएगी और वाहन की जानकारी निकालएगी. वाहन का बीमा नहीं हुआ होगा तो तत्काल वाहन मालिक को बीमा पॉलिसी खरीदने का विकल्प प्रदान किया जाएगा. बीमा की रकम फास्टैग से चुकाने का प्रावधान रहेगा. 

Officials of Government Police and Transport Department can get third party insurance for the vehicle without holding insurance from one device. The help of the vehicle app of the Ministry of Road and Highways will be taken and the information of the vehicle will be extracted. If the vehicle is not insured, then immediately the vehicle owner will be given the option to buy an insurance policy. There will be a provision to pay the insurance amount through Fastag.

कंपनियों को फास्टैग प्लेटफॉर्म पर लाता है, जिसमें फास्टैग में मौजूद राशि से प्रीमियम काटाएगा. जनरल इंश्योरेंस काउंसिल, बैठक में नए नियम के कार्यान्वयन के लिए सिफारिशें तैयार हैं और 17 मार्च की बैठक में चर्चा होगी.
