आईआरसीटीसी की घोषणा! ट्रेन में मिलेगा गर्म खाना, जानिए प्रोसेस (IRCTC announcement! Hot food will be available in the train, know the process)

आईआरसीटीसी ने यात्रियों को गुड न्यूज है. वो जल्द ही और अधिक ट्रेन मार्गों पर अपनी वॉट्सएप फूड ऑर्डरिंग सेवा शुरू की प्लानिंग है. AI-सक्षम चैटबॉट से, आईआरसीटीसी ट्रेन यात्रियों को वॉट्सएप नंबर से संबंधित ई-केटरिंग सेवा और बुक मील्स के माध्यम से खाना ऑर्डर की अनुमति देगा. आईआरसीटीसी ने पहले कुछ ट्रेनों के लिए सुविधा उपलब्ध थी. अच्छा रिस्पॉन्स के बाद वो और भी कई ट्रेनों में यह सेवा शुरू करने है. पिछले साल आईआरसीटीसी ने वॉट्सएप नंबर +91 8750001323 के माध्यम से कुछ ट्रेनों में ऑनलाइन फूड डिलीवरी सेवा शुरू की.

IRCTC has good news for the passengers. It is planning to launch its WhatsApp food ordering service on more train routes soon. With the AI-enabled chatbot, IRCTC will allow train passengers to order food through e-catering service and book meals via WhatsApp number. IRCTC had earlier made the facility available for some trains. After good response, they want to start this service in many more trains. Last year, IRCTC started online food delivery service in some trains through WhatsApp number +91 8750001323.

रेलवे ने बयान में कहा, 'ई-कैटरिंग सर्विस की शुरुआत कुछ ट्रेनों के लिए की गई थी. लेकिन अच्छा रिस्पॉन्स मिलने के बाद इसको कई अन्य ट्रेनों में चालू किया जाएगा.' आईआरसीटीसी ने अपनी वेबसाइट, ecatering.irctc.co.in और "फूड ऑन ट्रैक" ऐप के माध्यम से अपनी ई-कैटरिंग सेवा शुरू की. वॉट्सएप की मदद से ई-कैटरिंग सर्विस को दो चरणों में बांटा गया है और पहले चरण का काम पूरा हो गया है. 

Railways said in the statement, 'E-catering service was started for some trains. But after getting a good response, it will be started in many other trains. IRCTC launched its e-catering service through its website, ecatering.irctc.co.in and the "Food on Track" app. With the help of WhatsApp, the e-catering service has been divided into two phases and the work of the first phase has been completed.

पहला चरण है. जिन  आईआरसीटीसी यात्रियों ने ई-टिकट बुक है उन्हें एक बिजनेस वॉट्सएप नंबर से मैसेज मिला. मैसेज ने ई-कैटरिंग सर्विस के लिए ऑप्ट-इन करने का ऑप्शन किया. मैसेज प्राप्त के बाद यात्री आईआरसीटीसी ई-कैटरिंग वेबसाइट से स्टेशन पर उपलब्ध चुनिंदा रेस्टोरेंट से पसंद का खाना बुक करते थे. किसी ऐप को डाउनलोड की जरूरत नहीं थी.

The first step is. IRCTC passengers who have booked e-tickets received a message from a business WhatsApp number. Message provided option to opt-in for e-catering service. After receiving the message, passengers used to book food of their choice from the selected restaurants available at the station from the IRCTC e-Catering website. No app download required.

दूसरे में सीधे वॉट्सएप से खाना ऑर्डर किया . उपयोगकर्ता व्हाट्सएप नंबर के माध्यम से ई-खानपान सेवाओं से संबंधित सभी प्रश्नों का प्रबंधन और पूछने में सक्षम होंगे. ई-कैटरिंग सेवा ट्रेन यात्रियों को बोर्डिंग से पहले या ट्रेन में यात्रा के दौरान अपने घर से खाना बुक की अनुमति है. नीचे तरीका बताया है, जिससे आप ऑनलाइन फूड ऑर्डर करते हैं.

In the second, ordered food directly through WhatsApp. Users will be able to manage and ask all queries related to e-Catering services through WhatsApp number. E-Catering Service Train passengers are allowed to book food from their homes before boarding or during the journey on the train. Below is the method by which you order food online.

- ecatering.irctc.co.in पर जाएं.

Go to ecatering.irctc.co.in.

- पीएनआर नंबर डालें.

Enter PNR number.

- चयनित ट्रेन स्टेशन के पास खाना ऑर्डर के लिए उपलब्ध रेस्टोरेंट सर्च करें.

Search available restaurants for food ordering near the selected train station.

- अपना ऑर्डर दें और डिलीवरी पर भुगतान करें या उपलब्ध ऑनलाइन पद्धति का उपयोग करें.

Place your order and pay on delivery or use any online method available.

- चुने हुए स्टेशन पर पहुंचते ही सीट पर भोजन डिलीवर कर दिया जाएगा.

 Food will be delivered to the seat on arrival at the selected station.
