चप्पल पहन बाइक या कार चलाने पर कटेगा चालान ? ये नियम (Challan will be deducted for driving bike or car wearing slippers? these rules)

 सड़क पर मोटर वाहन चलाना जिम्मेदारी काम है. चाहे बाइक चलाएं या कार, जिम्मेदारी और सावधानी के साथ चलाएं. यातायात नियमों का पालन करें. नियमों का पालन से सुरक्षित यातायात का माहौल है, जो सभी के लिए जरूर है. ऐसे में यातायात नियमों की जानकारी हो, तभी फॉलो कर पाएंगे. 

Driving a motor vehicle on the road is a responsible job. Whether driving a bike or a car, drive responsibly and with caution. Obey the traffic rules. By following the rules, there is a safe traffic environment, which is a must for everyone. In such a situation, if there is knowledge of traffic rules, then only we will be able to follow them.

लेकिन, नियम ऐसे हैं, जिसमें लोगों को कम जानकारी है या जानकारी है तो वह गलत है. उदाहरण एक सवाल पूछते हैं. सोच कर देखिए कि क्या चप्पल में कार चलाना सही है या गलत? क्या चप्पल में कार चलाने पर पुलिस चालान काटती है? यह ऐसा सवाल है, जिसका सही जवाब शायद न हो. 

But, the rules are such, in which people have less information or if they have information then it is wrong. Example ask a question. Think whether it is right or wrong to drive a car in slippers? Does the police issue a challan for driving a car in slippers? This is a question that may not have a correct answer.

इस सवाल का सही जवाब नहीं पता तो जान लीजिए. चप्पल पहनकर कार चलाने पर चालान नहीं काटता है. ऐसा करने वालों पर कोई जुर्माना नहीं लगाता है. हालांकि, कई रिपोर्ट्स में चप्पल पहनकर कार चलाने पर 1000 रुपये या 2000 रुपये के जुर्माना की बात कही है, जो गलत है. 

If you do not know the correct answer to this question, then know. Challan is not deducted for driving a car wearing slippers. No penalty is imposed on those who do so. However, in many reports, a fine of Rs 1000 or Rs 2000 has been said for driving a car wearing slippers, which is wrong.

इसमें रिसर्च की तो 25 सितंबर 2019 को सड़क एवं परिवहन मंत्री गडकरी के ऑफिस की ओर से किया गया एक ट्वीट आया, जिसमें लिखा था- 'नए मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट (जो अभी लागू है) के तहत चप्पल पहनकर गाड़ी चलाने पर चालान नहीं कटता है.'

On researching this, on September 25, 2019, a tweet came from the office of Road and Transport Minister Gadkari, in which it was written- 'Under the new Motor Vehicle Act (which is in force now), challan is not deducted for driving wearing slippers. '
