ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए इंतजार क्यों? 16 के बाद मिलएगा, पता नियम (Why wait for driving license? Will get after 16, know rule)

सड़क पर वाहन चलाते समय पहला नियम है कि ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस हो. वाहन को चलाना जानते हैं. भारत में 18 साल के बाद ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस जारी है, हालांकि अगर वाहन चलाना सीख चुके हैं, या सीखना तब 16 साल के बाद लाइसेंस के लिए अप्लाई करते हैं. हम इसके नियम के बारे में हैं. दरअसल 16 से 18 साल के बीच ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस पाते हैं, लेकिन इसे लेकर सरकार के नियम सख्त हैं जिन्हें पालन करना जरूरी है. फिर भी, जुर्माना लगाने से बचते हैं.

The first rule while driving on the road is to have a driving license. Knows how to drive a vehicle. Driving license is issued after 18 years in India, however if you have learned to drive, or learn then apply for license after 16 years. We are about the rules of it. Actually, driving license is available between 16 and 18 years, but the government's rules regarding this are strict which need to be followed. However, avoid imposing fines.

इसकी जानकारी मोटर-व्हीकल एक्ट,1988 के चैप्टर 2 में लाइसेंसिंग ऑफ ड्राइवर ऑफ मोटर-व्हीकल्स के चौथे पॉइंट है. सार्वजनिक स्थान पर 18 वर्ष से कम आयु का व्यक्ति वाहन नहीं चलाता है, लेकिन 16 वर्षीय व्यक्ति लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने के बाद 50 सीसी से कम इंजन क्षमता मोटरसाइकिल चलाता है.किसी अन्य वाहन को चलाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी. 16 साल के व्यक्ति को केवल 50cc तक की क्षमता वाले टू-व्हीलर का लाइसेंस दिया जाता है. हालांकि, जब व्यक्ति 18 वर्ष का हो जाता है, तो वे लाइसेंस अपडेट कराते हैं.

Its information is in Chapter 2 of the Motor-Vehicles Act, 1988 on the fourth point of Licensing of Drivers of Motor-Vehicles. A person below 18 years of age does not drive a vehicle in a public place, but a 16 year old person drives a motorcycle with engine capacity less than 50 cc after obtaining a license. No other vehicle will be allowed to drive. A 16-year-old person is given a license for a two-wheeler with a capacity of only up to 50cc. However, when the person turns 18, they get the license updated.

आवेदन के लिए परिवहन विभाग की वेबसाइट पर ड्राइविंग से संबंधित सर्विस के विकल्प पर जाना होगा, यहां अपना राज्य चुनें और फिर लर्नर लाइसेंस के ऑप्शन को सिलेक्ट कर लें. 

For the application, one has to go to the option of service related to driving on the website of the Transport Department, here select your state and then select the option of learner's license.

   वेदन के लिए डॉक्यूमेंट की जरूरत नहीं होती. अगर आधार कार्ड\है तो आवेदन करते हैं और यदि आधार कार्ड नहीं है तो मोबाइल फोन से आवेदन करते हैं. आपको ऑनलाइन आवेदन होगा, और आवेदन पत्र जमा के बाद, एक संदर्भ संख्या के साथ एक एसएमएस मिलेगा. आप  आवेदन की जांच के लिए नंबर का इसतेमाल कर सकते हैं.

 Documents are not required for Vedan. If there is Aadhar card then apply and if there is no Aadhar card then apply from mobile phone. You will apply online, and after submission of the application form, will get an SMS with a reference number. You can use the number to check the application.
