वाहन स्क्रैपिंग समाचार: पुरानी कारों से बड़ा फैसला, मिलेंगे करोड़ों (Vehicle Scrapping News: Big decision from old cars, will get crores)

सुरक्षा और प्रदूषण से जुड़े कारणों को ध्यान में रखते हुए केंद्र सरकार ने 15 साल से पुराने वाहनों (कारों सहित अन्य मोटर वाहन) को स्क्रैप की योजना बनाई, जो लागू है. इसमें राज्य सरकारों की मदद के लिए केंद्र सरकार उन्हें आर्थिक सहायता मुहैया है. पुराने वाहनों को कबाड़ करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा राज्यों (राज्य सरकारों) को ‘पूंजीगत निवेश योजना के लिए विशेष सहायता’ के तहत 2,000 करोड़ रुपये का प्रोत्साहन दिगा. वाहन को कबाड़ के लिए पेशकश वाले कर रियायत दी जाएगी. 

Keeping in mind the reasons related to safety and pollution, the Central Government has made a plan to scrap vehicles (including cars and other motor vehicles) older than 15 years, which is applicable. To help the state governments in this, the central government has provided financial assistance to them. For scrapping old vehicles, the central government will give an incentive of Rs 2,000 crore to the states (state governments) under the 'Special Assistance for Capital Investment Scheme'. Offering the vehicle for scrap will be given tax concession.

सरकार ने 2022-23 के बजट में 1.05 लाख करोड़ रुपये के व्यय (खर्च) के साथ ‘पूंजीगत निवेश के लिए राज्यों को विशेष सहायता’ योजना पेश थी. राज्य सरकारों को पूंजीगत परियोजनाओं के लिए 50 साल के लिए ब्याज मुक्त कर्ज के रूप में वित्तीय सहायता देने की बात है. केंद्र सरकार ने इस योजना के तहत अतिरिक्त 2,000 करोड़ रुपये निर्धारित हैं ताकि राज्यों को पुराने सरकारी या 15 साल से अधिक पुराने वाहनों को कबाड़ के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया . वाहनों को कबाड़ करने के लिए कर (टैक्स) रियायतें दी जाएंगी. 

The government had introduced the 'Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment' scheme with an outlay of Rs 1.05 lakh crore in the 2022-23 budget. There is talk of providing financial assistance to state governments in the form of interest-free loans for capital projects for 50 years. The central government has earmarked an additional Rs 2,000 crore under this scheme to encourage states to scrap old government or vehicles older than 15 years. Tax concessions will be given for scrapping vehicles.

पिछले महीने राज्यों को लिखे पत्र में वित्त मंत्रालय ने कहा था कि योजना के तहत निर्धारित सुधारों में नए क्षेत्र के रूप में सड़क परिवहन को जोड़ा है. पुराने वाहनों को कबाड़ के लिए प्रोत्साहन को जोड़ा है. सड़क परिवहन क्षेत्र को ‘पूंजीगत निवेश के लिए राज्यों को विशेष सहायता’ योजना में शामिल से योजना के तहत कुल व्यय 1.05 लाख करोड़ रुपये से बढ़कर 1.07 लाख करोड़ रुपये है. सरकार ने योजना के तहत 77,110 करोड़ रुपये मंजूर हैं, जिसमें से राज्यों को 41,118 करोड़ रुपये जारी हैं.

With the inclusion of the road transport sector in the 'Special Assistance to States for Capital Investment' scheme, the total expenditure under the scheme has increased from Rs 1.05 lakh crore to Rs 1.07 lakh crore. The government has sanctioned Rs 77,110 crore under the scheme, out of which Rs 41,118 crore has been released to the states.
