1. चोट (Injured)

सबसे वाहन को सड़क के किनारे लगा दें और कोई गंभीर चोट तो नहीं लगी. अब एक्सीडेंट का शिकार हुए दूसरे व्यक्ति को चेक करें. यदि कोई घायल है, तो तुरंत 100 डायल करके मदद बुलाएं. एंबुलेंस के लिए 112 डायल होगा. पुलिस को हादसे की जानकारी दें.

2. जानकारी (Details)

अगर दुर्घटना आपके कारण है, तो कॉन्टैक्ट डीटेल्स, इंश्योरेंस डिटेल्स आदि तीसरे पक्ष के साथ साझा होगी, जो एक्सीडेंट में शिकार है. दुर्घटना किसी अन्य वाहन के कारण है, तो कार के पंजीकरण डीटेल्स, चालक का लाइसेंस नंबर और वाहन के बीमा की जानकारी को नोट चाहिए.

If the accident is caused by you, then the contact details, insurance details etc. will be shared with the third party who is the victim in the accident. If the accident is caused by another vehicle, then the registration details of the car, driver's license number and insurance details of the vehicle need to be noted.

3. वीडियो व फोटो (Photographs or videos)

सबूत इक्ट्ठा के लिए घटना स्थल की तस्वीरें या वीडियो ले. खासकर गाड़ियों के नंबर प्लेट की. हादसे में फोटो ले सकते हैं. पुलिस और इंश्योरेंस कंपनी को समझा सकेंगे.

4. इंश्योरेंस (Insurance)

आपको जल्द से जल्द अपने बीमाकर्ता से संपर्क करना चाहिए और उसे नुकसान के बारे में सूचित चाहिए. आपको एक क्लेम इनफॉर्मेशन प्रदान की जाएगी जिसे भविष्य के लिए संभाल करनी चाहिए.
