सरकार ने ऑनलाइन गेमिंग पर लिया फैसला! नया कानून (Government took decision on online gaming! new law)

ऑनलाइन गेमिंग से फ्रॉड के मामले लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं. जिस पर भारत सरकार ने ऑनलाइन गेमिंग पर बड़ा फैसला लिया है. सरकार ने नोडल मंत्रालय के रूप में नियुक्त है. मल्टी स्पोर्ट्स ईवेंट्स के रूप में ई-स्पोर्ट्स के लिए नोडल मंत्रालय के रूप में अधिसूचित किया है. यानी ई-स्पोर्ट्स को मेनलाइन गेम्स में शामिल किया जाएगा. राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने अनुच्छेद 77 के क्लॉज (3) के पावर का इस्तेमाल किया और नियम को दायरे में ला दिया. 

Fraud cases are increasing continuously due to online gaming. On which the Government of India has taken a big decision on online gaming. Appointed as the nodal ministry by the government. Notified as the nodal ministry for e-sports in the form of multi-sports events. That is, e-sports will be included in the mainline games. President Draupadi Murmu used the power of Clause (3) of Article 77 and brought the rule under its ambit.

 नियम (Rules)

इससे गेमर्स को काफी फायदा होने वाला है. सरकार की तरफ से ई-स्पोर्ट्स के लिए नए नियम बनाएंगे, जिससे धोखाधड़ी नहीं होगी. ई-स्पोर्ट्स में जो विनर पदक जीतेंगे वो ऑफिशियली मान्य होंगे. इससे ई-स्पोर्ट्स को सिलेबस में शामिल होगा. ट्वीट किया कि जल्द ही ऑनलाइन गेमिंग बिचौलियों के लिए मानदंड लेगा.

  This is going to benefit the gamers a lot. On behalf of the government, new rules will be made for e-sports, due to which there will be no fraud. The winner medals won in e-sports will be officially valid. With this, e-sports will be included in the syllabus. Tweeted that soon online gaming will take norms for intermediaries.

   

फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडियन फैंटेसी स्पोर्ट्स ने ऑनलाइन गेमिंग सेक्टर को रेगुलेट के लिए आईटी मंत्रालय को नोडल मंत्रालय में सरकार के कदम की सराहना करते हुए कहा, 'केंद्रीय रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी के रूप में एमईआईटीवाई की नियुक्ति इनवेस्टर्स, कंज्यूमर्स के बीच क्लियरिटी करेगी.'

Appreciating the government's move to make IT Ministry the nodal ministry to regulate the online gaming sector, the Federation of Indian Fantasy Sports said, "MeitY's appointment as the central regulatory authority will bring clarity among investors, consumers."

डायरेक्टर भट्टाचार्य ने कहा, 'एनिमेशन, विजुअल इफेक्ट्स, गेमिंग और कॉमिक सेक्टर को बढ़ावा देने और भारत को ऑनलाइन गेमिंग का गेमिंग हब बनेगा. ऑनलाइन गेमिंग सेक्टर सरकार के मार्गदर्शन से जिम्मेदारी बढ़ेगी.'

  Director Bhattacharya said, 'To promote animation, visual effects, gaming and comic sectors and make India a gaming hub of online gaming. Responsibility will increase with the guidance of the online gaming sector government.

बता दें, ग्लोबली ई-स्पोर्ट्स को मान्यता दी है. इंटरनेशनल ओलंपिक कमिटी सिंगापुर के साथ ई-स्पोर्ट्स को पॉपुलर पर जोर दिया है. उम्मीद है कि अगले साल ओलंपिक ई-स्पोर्ट्स वीक की शुरुआत हो सकती है. 

Let me tell you, Globally e-sports have been recognized. The International Olympic Committee has emphasized on popularizing e-sports with Singapore. It is expected that the Olympic e-sports week may start next year.
