भारत में पॉपुलर ई-कॉमर्स है. दोनों वेबसाइट्स पर कस्टमर्स को गलत सामान शिप की कई खबरें सामने आईं. एक तरफ जहां कंस्टमर को आई - फ़ोन की जगह साबुन की टिकिया मिली तो वहीं ईंट मिली. इस ऑनलाइन डिलीवरी धोखाधड़ी के लिए वेबसाइट्स ने वन टाइम पासवर्ड डिलीवरी प्रोसेस की शुरुआत की.

स्कैम (Scam)

नए स्कैम के कई मामले हैं. स्कैमर्स डिलीवरी एजेंट बनकर के दरवाजे पर जाते हैं डिलीवरी से पहले लोगों से ओटीपी मांगते हैं. ज्यादातर जाग्रुक हैं और ओटीपी देने से मना करते हैं. लेकिन कुछ लोग ओटीपी शेयर करते हैं. उसके बाद स्कैमर्स उनके फोन का क्लोन बनाते हैं और बैंक अकाउंट और डेटा तक पहुंचते हैं. 

There are many cases of new scams. Scammers go to the door by posing as delivery agents and ask for OTP from people before delivery. Most are aware and refuse to give OTP. But some people share OTP. After that scammers clone their phone and access bank account and data.

कई बार स्कैमर टारगेट व्यक्ति के पड़ोसियों से संपर्क करते हैं और उस व्यक्ति को कॉल और ओटीपी के लिए या पेमेंट करने के लिए कहते हैं. उस वक्त व्यक्ति उस सिचुएशन में पड़ोसी को परेशान नहीं करता है और ओटीपी दे देता है. 

Many times scammers contact the neighbors of the target person and ask that person to call and OTP or make payment. At that time the person does not disturb the neighbor in that situation and gives the OTP.

 सावधान (Alert)

- कभी ओटीपी किसी से शेयर न करें. अगर शक है तो तुरंत केयर पर कॉल करें.

Never share OTP with anyone. If in doubt call care immediately.

- अगर डिलीवरी बॉय पिन मांग रहा है तो उस व्यक्ति की पहचान वेरिफाई करें. कंपनियां अक्सर सामान डिलीवर होने से पहले डिटेल्स मैसेज करती हैं. 

If the delivery boy is asking for a PIN, then verify the identity of that person. Companies often message details before the goods are delivered.

- पार्सल खोलने से पहले कभी पैसा न दें. 

Never give money before opening the parcel.

- कोई लिंक भेजे तो उस पर क्लिक न करें.

If someone sends a link, do not click on it.

- अगर संदिग्ध डिलीवरी है तो स्वीकार न करें.

Do not accept if suspicious delivery.
