आरसी का समाधान, अगर खो गया, चोरी हो गया या क्षतिग्रस्त हो गया: कार या बाइक की डुप्लीकेट आरसी घर बैठे पाएं, आसान है तरीका (RC solution if lost, stolen or damaged: Get a duplicate RC of car or bike sitting at home, the easy way)

क्या हाल ही में वाहन (कार, बाइक या स्कूटर) का पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र  खोया है, चोरी या खराब हो गया है? अगर ऐसा है तो बहुत चिंता का कारण बनता है क्योंकि वाहन से सफर के लिए आरसी का होना महत्वपूर्ण है, जितना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस जरूरी है. हालांकि, अच्छी बात यह है कि वाहन की आरसी की डुप्लीकेट कॉपी हासिल करते हैं. डुप्लीकेट आरसी के लिए ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन, दोनों तरीकों से आवेदन करते हैं. 

Has the vehicle (car, bike or scooter) registration certificate been lost, stolen or damaged recently? If this is the case then there is a cause for great concern because it is important to have RC for traveling by vehicle, as much as driving license is necessary. However, the good thing is that we get a duplicate copy of the RC of the vehicle. Apply for duplicate RC both online and offline.

डुप्लीकेट आरसी के लिए आवेदन से पहले पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज करानी होगी, जिसमें पुरानी आरसी का ब्योरा देंगे, जैसे कि अगर वाहन की आरसी खो गई है, तो उसमें बताएंगे या चोरी है तो उसमें बताएंगे. दरअसल, जब डुप्लीकेट आरसी के लिए आवेदन करें तो पुलिस में शिकायत की कॉपी की जरूरत पड़ेगी. 

Before applying for duplicate RC, a complaint has to be filed with the police, in which the details of the old RC will be given, such as if the RC of the vehicle is lost, then it will be told in it or if it is stolen. Actually, when applying for duplicate RC, a copy of the complaint will be required in the police.

डुप्लीकेट आरसी के लिए आवेदन 

(Application for Duplicate RC)

-- परिवहन सेवा पोर्टल (https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan//en) पर जाएं.

Go to the Transport Services Portal (https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan//en).

-- व्हीकल रिलटेड सर्विस चुनें और फिर राज्य तथा पास के आरटीओ कार्यालय का चयन करें.

Select Vehicle Related Service and then select the state and nearby RTO office.

-- वाहन का पंजीकरण नंबर दर्ज करें और "आगे बढ़ें" पर क्लिक करें.

Enter the vehicle registration number and click on "Proceed".

-- अब स्क्रीन वाहन की पूरी जनकारी आएगी. 

Now the complete information of the vehicle will come on the screen.

-- अगली स्क्रीन पर कई सेवा विकल्प मिलेंगे, उनमें "डुप्लिकेट पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र" पर क्लिक करें.

On the next screen there will be several service options, among them click on "Duplicate Registration Certificate".

-- वाहन के चेसिस नंबर के आखिरी 5 अंक दर्ज करें और सब्मिट कर दें.

Enter the last 5 digits of the vehicle's chassis number and submit.

-- सभी डिटेल्स के साथ फॉर्म भरें और जरूरी दस्तावेज अपलोड करें. फिर "सबमिट करें" पर क्लिक करें.

Fill the form with all the details and upload the required documents. Then click "Submit".

-- डुप्लीकेट आरसी की फीस का भुगतान करें और प्रिंट आउट ले लें.

Pay the fee of duplicate RC and take a print out.

-- अगर प्रोसेस पूरी तरह से ऑनलाइन नहीं है तो फॉर्म को दस्तावेजों के साथ आरटीओ ऑफिस में जमा होगा.

If the process is not completely online then the form will be submitted along with the documents to the RTO office.

-- वाहन के सत्यापन के लिए अपॉइंटमेंट स्लॉट बुक होगा.

Appointment slot will be booked for verification of vehicle.

-- प्रक्रिया पूरी पर डुप्लीकेट आरसी मिलएगी.

Duplicate RC will be available on completion of the process.
