कुछ मामलों में फेसबुक जेल: कहीं तो नहीं कर दी ये गलती, जाता है जेल (Facebook jail in some cases: This mistake has not been made somewhere, it goes to jail)

फेसबुक इस्तेमाल वाले यूजर्स को कई बार जानकारी नहीं रहती है और वो गलतियां करते हैं, ऐसा से कई बार वो कानूनी पचड़ों में पड़ते हैं, यहां जेल भी जाना पड़ता है. अगर  फेसबुक पर एक्टिव हैं और बिना सोचे समझे कोई भी एक्टिविटी हैं तो  गलतियों के बारे में जरूरी है जो जेल पहुंचाती हैं. 

Many times the users who use Facebook are not aware and they make mistakes, due to this many times they get into legal troubles, they also have to go to jail here. If you are active on Facebook and there is any activity without any thought, then it is necessary about the mistakes that lead to jail.

अभद्र भाषा में पोस्ट (Post in abusive language)

अगर कोई ऐसा पोस्ट लिखते हैं जिसमें किसी खास शख्स के खिलाफ अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल किया है तो पोस्ट पर आईटी नियमों के तहत कार्यवाही की जाती है, और जिस शख्स ने यह पोस्ट किया है उसे जेल जाना पड़ता है.

If someone writes a post in which abusive language has been used against a particular person, then action is taken on the post under IT rules, and the person who has posted this has to go to jail.

आपत्तिजनक तस्वीर (Objectionable photo)

अगर फेसबुक के माध्यम से किसी शख्स या संस्था या समुदाय की आपत्तिजनक तस्वीर शेयर करते हैं तो ऐसे में जेल जाना पड़ता है, या कोर्ट कचहरी के चक्कर काटने पडते हैं. ज्यादातर मामलों में फेसबुक खुद ही ऐसे कंटेंट को ब्लॉक करता है लेकिन अगर ऐसा नहीं है और किसी को जानकारी मिलती है तो वह मामले पर शिकायत भी करता है जिस पर कार्यवाही की जाती है.

If you share an objectionable picture of a person or organization or community through Facebook, then you have to go to jail, or you have to go to court. In most cases, Facebook itself blocks such content, but if it is not so and someone gets information, then it also complains on the matter, on which action is taken.

जाति विशेष टिप्पणी (Caste specific note)

अगर विशेष जाति या समुदाय के खिलाफ टिप्पणी की है या जाति सूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल किया है तो ऐसे शख्स पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाती है और उन्हें जेल जाना पड़ता है.

If he has made remarks against a particular caste or community or has used caste-specific words, then legal action is taken against such a person and he has to go to jail.
