गूगल पर न सर्च करें ये, एक गलती पहुंचाती है नुकसान (Do not search on Google, this one mistake causes harm)

आधुनिक दौर में हर इंसान टेक फ्रेंडली हो रहा है. कुछ सर्च के लिए गूगल सर्च एक भरोसे का साधन जा रहा है. शंकाओं को दूर के साथ किसी संस्थान, दुकान या किसी भी सर्विस के लिए गूगल पर कॉन्टैक्ट नंबर खंगालते हैं. लेकिन ये ठीक नहीं है. गूगल सर्च में स्क्रीन के आया नंबर फेक है. इस फेक नंबर पर भरोसा कर ठगी का शिकार होते हैं. आइये बताते हैं गूगल सर्च से जुड़े मुंबई के चौंका देने मामले में.

In the modern era, every human being is becoming tech friendly. Google search is going to be a reliable tool for some searches. To remove doubts, search the contact number on Google for any institution, shop or any service. But this is not right. The number on the screen in Google search is fake. By relying on this fake number, they fall prey to fraud. Let us tell you in the shocking case of Mumbai related to Google search.

मामला (Case)

मुंबई में एक 49 वर्षीय महिला फूड डिलीवरी ऐप से कुछ मंगाती थी. ऑर्डर प्लेस के लिए 1000 रुपये की पेमेंट कई बार की. बार-बार महिला की पेमेंट फेल हो रही थी. जिससे आजिज आकर महिला ने गूगल पर संबंधित दुकान का नंबर खंगाला. 

A 49-year-old woman in Mumbai used to order something from a food delivery app. Have paid 1000 rupees multiple times to place the order. The woman's payment was failing again and again. Due to which the woman got tired and searched the number of the concerned shop on Google.

नंबर मिलने के महिला ने पेमेंट के लिए कॉल किया. कॉल पिक वाले ने  क्रेडिट कार्ड की डिटेल मांगी. इतना ही नहीं शख्स ने महिला से मोबाइल पर आए ओटीपी नंबर के बारे में पूछा. महिला समझ नहीं पाई और उसने ओटीपी शेयर कर दिया. ओटीपी शेयर करते महिला के बैंक खाते से 2,40,310 रुपये कट गए.

After getting the number, the woman called for payment. The call picker asked for credit card details. Not only this, the man asked the woman about the OTP number that came on the mobile. The woman could not understand and shared the OTP. While sharing OTP, Rs 2,40,310 was deducted from the woman's bank account.

पूरे मामले में महिला ने पुलिस को बताया. शुक्र कि महिला ने तत्परता दिखाई और 2,27,205 रुपये बच गए. ऐसे में जान लेना जरूरी है कि गूगल पर दिकने सभी फोन नंबर ऑथेंटिक नहीं होते.  एक उपाय है कि कस्टमर केयर नंबर या फिर शॉप की वेबसाइट से ही कॉन्टेक्ट डिटेल इस्तेमाल करें.

In this whole matter, the woman told the police. Thankfully, the woman showed promptness and saved Rs 2,27,205. In such a situation, it is important to know that not all phone numbers shown on Google are authentic. One solution is to use the customer care number or contact details from the shop's website itself.
