यूजीसी की गाइडलाइन:एक साथ दो कोर्स कर सकेंगे स्टूडेंट्स, कोर्स छोड़ने के बाद उसी में पढ़ने की छूट, मल्टीपल मोड में पढ़ाई (UGC's guideline: Students will be able to do two courses simultaneously, after leaving the course, they are allowed to study in the same, study in multiple modes)

यूजीसी ने शुक्रवार को नई गाइडलाइन जारी है।  देश के हायर एजुकेशन इंस्टिट्यूट में सभी कोर्स किए जा सकेंगे। साथ सिंगल डोमेन के इंस्टीट्यूट जैसे मैनेजमेंट, एजुकेशन, लॉ, इंजीनियरिंग के संस्थान मिलकर डिग्री देगे। स्टूडेंट्स के पास मल्टिपल एंट्री-एक्जिट यानी कई बार कोर्स में प्रवेश करने, छोड़ने और कोर्स की पढ़ाई की छूट होगी।

The UGC has issued a new guideline on Friday. All courses can be done in higher education institutes of the country. Along with institutes of single domain like management, education, law, engineering institutes will give degree together. Students will have the freedom to enter, leave and study the course multiple times i.e. multiple entry-exit.

स्टूडेंट्स मल्टिपल मोड यानी क्लासरूम फेस-टु-फेस पढ़ाई के साथ ही डिस्टेंस लर्निंग और ऑनलाइन से कोर्स पूरा करगे।  डुअल कोर्स करगे, यानी दो मान्य कोर्स एक साथ करगे। छात्रों को ओरिएंटेशन व काउंसिलिंग की व्यवस्था होगी। सभी राज्य सरकारों और विश्वविद्यालयों से नई व्यवस्था को लागू के लिए नियम और नीतियां बनाने है। संस्थान चाहें तो वे सत्र 2022-23 से ही लागू कर सकेंगे।

Students will complete the course through multiple modes i.e. classroom face-to-face study as well as distance learning and online. Will do dual course, that is, will do two valid courses simultaneously. Orientation and counseling will be arranged for the students. All state governments and universities have to make rules and policies for implementing the new system. If the institutes want, they will be able to implement from the session 2022-23 itself.

तीनों मोड में पढ़ाई (Study in all three modes)

छात्र कॉलेज है तो फेस-टु-फेस क्लासरूम में पढ़ाई करता है। कॉलेज नहीं जा सकता तो ऑनलाइन कोर्स कर सकता है या डिस्टेंस लर्निंग चुन सकता है। छात्र को अलग-अलग सेमेस्टर में तीनों मोड में किसी एक मोड को चुनने की सुविधा मिलेगी।

If the student is in college, he studies in a face-to-face classroom. If you cannot go to college, you can take online courses or choose distance learning. The student will get the facility to choose any one of the three modes in different semesters.

गाइडलाइन में क्या (What's in the guideline)?

किसी एक प्रबंधन के अधीन संस्थान व संस्थान समूह में भाषा, साहित्य, संगीत, फिलॉसफी, इंडोलॉजी, आर्ट, डांस, थियेटर, एजुकेशन, मैथेमेटिक्स, स्टैटिस्टिक्स, प्योर एंड एप्लाइड साइंस, सोशियोलॉजी, इकोनॉमिक्स, स्पोर्ट्स, ट्रांसलेशन व इन्टरप्रेटेशन के विभाग होंगे।

Under any one management, there will be departments of Language, Literature, Music, Philosophy, Indology, Art, Dance, Theatre, Education, Mathematics, Statistics, Pure and Applied Science, Sociology, Economics, Sports, Translation and Interpretation.

विश्वविद्यालय और सिंगल डोमेन यानी केवल प्रबंधन, केवल लॉ, केवल इंजीनियरिंग, केवल एजुकेशन या केवल मेडिकल की पढ़ाई कराने वाले उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों को अब मल्टी डिसिप्लनरी मोड अपनाना होगा।

Universities and higher education institutions offering only management, only law, only engineering, only education or only medical studies will now have to adopt multi-disciplinary mode.

देश में तीन तरह के संस्थान होंगे- पहला- रिसर्च यूनिवर्सिटी, दूसरा- टीचिंग यूनिवर्सिटी और तीसरा- ऑटोनॉमस कॉलेज। तीन हजार से ज्यादा छात्र हैं तो कॉलेज अपने स्तर पर डिग्री दे सकेंगे।

There will be three types of institutions in the country - first - research university, second - teaching university and third - autonomous college. If there are more than three thousand students, then the college will be able to give degrees at their level.

तीन हजार से ज्यादा छात्र वाले कॉलेज नए विभाग खोलकर बहुविषयक ऑटोनॉमस कॉलेज का दर्जा हासिल कर सकेगा। अगर किसी कॉलेज में छात्रों की संख्या तीन हजार से कम होगी तो अन्य कॉलेजों के साथ करार कर सकेंगे।

Colleges with more than three thousand students will be able to achieve the status of multidisciplinary autonomous colleges by opening new departments. If the number of students in any college is less than three thousand, then they can enter into agreements with other colleges.

छात्रों को एकेडमिक बैंक ऑफ क्रेडिट में खाता खोलना होगा। इसमें पढ़े विषय व उनके अंक 7 वर्ष तक सुरक्षित रहेंगे। पढ़ाई करने, बीच में छोड़ने और फिर कोर्स पूरा करने का मौका होगा।

Students have to open an account in Academic Bank of Credit. The subjects studied in this and their marks will be safe for 7 years. There will be a chance to study, drop out and then complete the course.

किसी छात्र ने एक वर्ष की पढ़ाई पूरी की तो उसे सर्टिफिकेट, दो वर्ष पूरा करने पर डिप्लोमा, तीन वर्ष पूरा करने पर डिग्री, 4 वर्ष पूरा करने पर ऑनर्स या डुअल डिग्री मिलेगी।

If a student completes one year, he will get certificate, diploma after completing two years, degree after completing three years, honors or dual degree after completing four years.

यूजीसी के चेयरमैन ने बताया कि उच्च शैक्षणिक संस्थानों को मल्टी-डिसिप्लीनरी इंस्टीट्यूट्स में बदलने में राज्य की यूनिवर्सिटीज को इस गाइडलाइन से मदद मिलेगी। स्टूडेंट्स के लिए भी नई गाइडलाइन करिअर अच्छी रहेगी।

The UGC chairman said that this guideline will help the state universities in converting higher educational institutions into multi-disciplinary institutions. The new guideline career will be good for the students as well.
