ट्विटर देगा जेल! कहीं आपने नहीं कर गलती, बचना मुश्किल (Twitter will jail! Somewhere you have not made a mistake, it is difficult to avoid)

अगर ट्विटर यूजर हैं और आप आए दिन ट्वीट रहते हैं तो कुछ नियमों के बारे में जानकारी जरूर होए. दरअसल ट्विटर पर कई बातों का ध्यान रखना है क्योंकि ये प्लैटफॉर्म कई मामलों में संवेदनशील है और अगर लापरवाही के साथ काम हैं तो इसका खामियाजा भुगतता है. जिस से फेसबुक और इंस्टाग्राम पर सावधान ना रहने पर खामियाजा भुगतना पड़ता है ठीक उसी तरह से ट्विटर पर भी इन बातों का ध्यान रखता है. अगर ऐसा नहीं हैं तो जेल भी जाता है साथ ही खिलाफ बड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई जाती है. इनके हम बता रहे हैं जिससे आप सुरक्षित तरीके से ट्विटर का इस्तेमाल कर सकें.

If you are a Twitter user and you keep tweeting every day, then you must be aware of some rules. Actually, many things have to be taken care of on Twitter because this platform is sensitive in many respects and if it is done with carelessness then it bears the brunt.Due to which one has to bear the brunt for not being careful on Facebook and Instagram, in the same way Twitter also takes care of these things. If it is not so, then it also goes to jail as well as big legal action goes against it. We are telling about them so that you can use Twitter in a safe way.

 

अभद्र भाषा (Foul language)

अगर कोई ऐसा ट्वीट करते हैं जिसमें खास शख्स के खिलाफ अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल किया है तो ऐसे ट्वीट पर आईटी नियमों के तहत कार्यवाही जाती है, और जिसने यह ट्वीट है उसे जेल जाना पड़ता है.

If someone makes such a tweet in which abusive language has been used against a particular person, then action is taken on such tweet under IT rules, and the person who has this tweet has to go to jail.

आपत्तिजनक तस्वीर (Objectionable photo)

अगर ट्विटर के माध्यम से किसी शख्स की या फिर किसी संस्था या समुदाय की आपत्तिजनक तस्वीर शेयर हैं तो ऐसे में जेल जाता है, या कोर्ट कचहरी के चक्कर भी काटते हैं. ट्विटर ऐसे ट्वीट खुद ही ब्लॉक करता है लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है और इसकी जानकारी मिलती है तो वह इस पर शिकायत भी करता है जिस पर कार्यवाही जाती है.

If an objectionable picture of a person or an organization or community is shared through Twitter, then he goes to jail, or even goes to court. Twitter itself blocks such tweets but it is not so and if it gets information then it also complains on which action is taken.

जाति टिप्पणी (Caste note)

अगर विशेष जाति या समुदाय के खिलाफ टिप्पणी की है या जाति सूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल किया है तो ऐसे शख्स पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की है और उन्हें जेल जाता है. ऐसे में ट्वीट के जरिए किसी के खिलाफ ऐसे शब्दों का इस्तेमाल नहीं करना चाहिए. 

If he has made remarks against a particular caste or community or has used caste-specific words, then legal action is taken against such a person and he goes to jail. In such a situation, such words should not be used against anyone through tweet.
