वाहन चलाते समय ट्रैफिक नियमों पालन करता है, साथकुछ जरूरी दस्तावेज साथ रखते हैं. ट्रैफिक नियम 100 रुपये की लापरवाही में जेल की हवा खिलाता है. दरअसल, कार-बाइक और अन्य वाहन चलाते समय आपके पास ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के अलावा इंश्योरेंस, आर सी के अलावा एक और सर्टिफिकेट जरूरी है. यह पीयूसी सर्टिफिकेट है. इस सर्टिफिकेट को बनवाने का खर्च तो मात्र 60 से 100 रुपये है, लेकिन उल्लंघन पर जुर्माना तगड़ा है.

Actually, while driving a car-bike and other vehicles, you must have a driving license besides insurance, RC and another certificate. This is PUC certificate. The cost of making this certificate is only 60 to 100 rupees, but the penalty for violation is strong.

पीयूसी सर्टिफिकेट (PUC Certificate)

पॉलुशन अंडर कंट्रोल सर्टिफिकेट एक अप्रूवल है कि वाहन से निकलने वाला धुंआ प्रदूषण मानदंडों के अनुसार है. इस लिए एक प्रमाणपत्र जारी है, जो ट्रैफिक पुलिस वाले कभी मांगते हैं. मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट के अनुसार बीमा पॉलिसी, पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस की तरह, ड्राइविंग करते समय एक पीयूसी प्रमाणपत्र अनिवार्य है.

Pollution under control certificate is an approval that the smoke emitted from the vehicle is as per the pollution norms. For this a certificate is issued, which the traffic police sometimes ask for. Like an insurance policy, registration certificate and driving license as per the Motor Vehicle Act, a PUC certificate is mandatory while driving.

समय पर रिन्यू (Renew on time)

पीयूसी को समय-समय पर रिन्यू करता है. रिन्यू कराने या नए सर्टिफिकेट को बनवाने में सिर्फ 60 से 100 रुपये का खर्चा है. हालांकि ध्यान नहीं देते और सर्टिफिकेट एक्सपायर के बाद भी रिन्यू नहीं कराते. लेकिनजुर्माना और जेल दोनों होती हैं. 

Renews the PUC from time to time. It costs only 60 to 100 rupees to renew or get a new certificate made. However, do not pay attention and do not renew the certificate even after the expiry. But there are both fine and jail.

दिल्ली में वैध पीयूसी सर्टिफिकेट नहीं होने पर मोटर वाहन अधिनियम, 1993 की धारा 190 (2) के तहत चालान किया है. पकड़ने पर 10,000 रुपये तक का जुर्माना या छह महीने के लिए जेल भेजता है. इतना नहीं, तीन महीने के लिए ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस सस्पेंड किया है. 

For not having a valid PUC certificate in Delhi, a challan has been made under section 190(2) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1993. If caught, fine up to Rs 10,000 or jail for six months. Not only this, driving license has been suspended for three months.

पाएं पीयूसी सर्टिफिकेट (Get PUC Certificate)

वाहन नया है तो  डीलर पीयूसी प्रमाण पत्र की व्यवस्था करेगा.

If the vehicle is new then the dealer will arrange for the PUC certificate.

रिन्यू के लिए वाहन किसी अधिकृत पेट्रोल पंप पर लेना होगा.

For renewal, the vehicle will have to be taken at an authorized petrol pump.

प्रदूषण जांच होगी.

Pollution check will be done.

शुल्क का भुगतान के बाद प्रमाण पत्र देगा. 

Certificate will be given after payment of fee.
