1. करवा चौथ के दिन महिलाओं को रंग की साड़ा नहीं पहननी चाहिए. डार्क कलर  कपड़े पहनना शुभ नहीं है. 

Women should not wear colored sarees on the day of Karva Chauth. Wearing dark colored clothes is not auspicious.

2. सुहागिन औरतों के लिए सफेद रंग शुभ नहीं माना है. हिंदू धर्म में किसे के मरने पर पहनते हैं, इसलिए इस रंग के कपड़े से करवा चौथ के दिन दूरी बनानी चाहिए.

White color is not considered auspicious for married women. In Hinduism, who wears it on death, so distance should be kept from this color of clothes on the day of Karva Chauth.

3.करवा चौथ के दिन इस कलर का कपड़ा पहनने से बचें. इस रंग को सुहागिनों के लिए अशुभ माना जाता है.

4.हिंदू धर्म में काले रंग को अशुभ मानते है. करवा चौथ का व्रत महिलाएं पति के लंबी उम्र के लिए रखती हैं. इस त्योहार में काला रंग के कपड़े को न पहनें.

5.इन सब रंगो के बजाय लाल रंग, पिंक, पीला, हरा और मैरुन रंग के कपड़े पहन सकती हैं. ये कलर तीज-त्योहार के लिए बहुत शुभ मानते हैं.
