उड़ने वाली कार का इंतजार लंबे समय से किया है. बड़ी कंपनियां इस पर काम हैं. 14 साल की रिसर्च और डिजाइनिंग के बाद आखिरकार अमेरिकन कंपनी सैमसन स्काई अपनी स्विचब्लेड फ्लाइंग कार ला रही है. कंपनी ने  वाहन की हाई-स्पीड टैक्सी टेस्टिंग पूरी है. अमेरिकी नागरिकों के लिए उपलब्ध होने वाली पहली फ्लाइंग कार है. करीब 2000 बुक कर चुके हैं. कीमत 1.70 लाख डॉलर (1.35 करोड़ रुपये) है.

After 14 years of research and designing, American company Samson Sky is finally bringing its Switchblade flying car. The company has completed high-speed taxi testing of the vehicle. It is the first flying car to be available to US citizens. Nearly 2000 have been booked. The price is $ 1.70 lakh (Rs 1.35 crore).

फ्लाइंग कार का इंश्योरेंस भी एक टेढ़ी खीर है. वर्तमान समय में फ्लाइंग गाड़ियों के लिए कोई इंश्योरेंस मौजूद नहीं है. कंपनी शुरुआत में यह गाड़ी ग्राहकों को दो पॉलिसी लेनी होगी, जिनमें से एक हवाई यात्रा और दूसरी सड़क यात्रा के लिए होगी.
