सबसे पहले आपको कलौंजी का हेस्य मास्क तैयार होगा, तभी सफेद बाल काल होंगे. इस के लिए 2 चम्मच कलौंजी के बीज और 1 चम्मच आंवाला पाउडर और 1 चम्मच शिकाकाई पाउडर, 1 चम्मच रीठा पाउडर और 2 चम्मच के करीब नारियल का तेल लेगा. ये सारी चीजें किसी लोहे की कड़ाई में प्रोयग करना है. लोगे के बर्तन से हेयर मास्क का रंग कड़ा होता है, आसानी से बाल काले होते हैं.

भिगोकर मास्क (Soaked mask)

इसकी कड़ाई में आंवला, रीठा और शिकाकाई के पाउडर को डालकर पानी मिलाएं और रातभर इसे भिगो रहने दें. आप एक अलग बर्तन में कलौंजी को भूनें और ठंडा होने पर पीस लें. आंवला वाली कड़ाई में कलौंजी का पाउडर मिला दें. इस हेयर मास्क को बालों पर अच्छी तरह लगाएं और 1 घंटे लगाएं. हफ्ते में 1 बार ऐसा करें, धीरे-धीरे आपके बाल काल होगे.
