हिंदुस्तान मोटर्स के निदेशक अनुसार, दोनों कंपनियों की वित्तीय जांच-परख जुलाई में शुरू होगी, जिसमें दो महीने लगेंगे. संयुक्त उद्यम के तकनीकी पहलुओं पर विचार होगा. इसमें एक और महीना लगेगा.उसके बाद ही निवेश की संरचना के बारे में निर्णय होगा और नई कंपनी का गठन होगा. कवायद 15 फरवरी तक पूरी की उम्मीद है.

It will take one more month. Only then will a decision on the investment structure be taken and the formation of a new company. The exercise is expected to be completed by February 15.

नई इकाई के गठन के बाद परियोजना के पायलट परीक्षण को शुरू के लिए दो और तिमाहियों की जरूरत होगी. यह कहा कि अंतिम उत्पाद अगले वित्त वर्ष के अंत तक पेश किए की संभावना है. दोपहिया परियोजना पूरी के दो साल बाद, चार पहिया इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन के निर्माण के बारे में फैसला होगा.
