वाहनों से जुड़ा ये नया नियम लाना, लोगों की जेब पर असर! (Bringing this new rule related to vehicles, impact on people's pockets)

देश में पेट्रोल और डीजल की बढ़ी हुई कीमतों लोग परेशान है. ऐसे में फिर भी थोड़ी राहत है, जिनके वाहन अच्छा माइलेज हैं. इससे उनके वाहन चलाने का खर्च कम है. ऐसे वाहन प्रदूषण भी कम करते हैं क्योंकि इनमें ईंधन की खपत कम है. प्रदूषण घटाने और ईंधन की कम खपत करने वाले वाहनों को बढ़ावा देने के मकसद से सरकार ने विभिन्न श्रेणियों के हल्के, मध्यम और भारी मोटर वाहनों के लिए अप्रैल 2023 से ईंधन खपत मानकों का अनुपालन अनिवार्य करने का प्रस्ताव है. ईंधन खपत मानकों के निरंतर अनुपालन का सत्यापन मोटर वाहन उद्योग मानक 149 में बताई गई उत्पादन की अनुरुपता की प्रक्रिया के अनुसार किया जाएगा.

People are worried about the increased prices of petrol and diesel in the country. In such a situation, there is still some relief, whose vehicles have good mileage. Due to this the cost of driving their vehicle is less. Such vehicles also reduce pollution as they consume less fuel. In order to reduce pollution and promote low fuel consumption vehicles, the government has proposed to make compliance of fuel consumption norms mandatory for various categories of light, medium and heavy motor vehicles from April 2023.Verification of continued compliance with fuel consumption standards shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure for conformity of production as laid down in Automotive Industry Standard 149.

सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने विभिन्न श्रेणी के हल्के, मध्यम और भारी वाहनों द्वारा ईंधन खपत मानकों का अनुपालन शुरू के लिए केंद्रीय मोटर वाहन नियम, 1989 के नियम 115 जी में संशोधन और एक जुलाई 2022 को अधिसूचना जारी की है.मंत्रालय ने अधिसूचना का मकसद ईंधन खपत में कटौती वाले मानकों के अनुपालन का विस्तार है ताकि वाहनों को अधिक ईंधन सक्षम बनाया जा सके. मंत्रालय ने यह अधिसूचना एक अप्रैल 2023 से लागू होगी. अधिसूचना जारी होने की तारीख से 30 दिन के भीतर सभी हितधारकों की राय मांगी है.

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways has issued an amendment to Rule 115G of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 and notification on July 1, 2022 to introduce compliance of fuel consumption norms by various categories of light, medium and heavy vehicles. The aim is to extend compliance to fuel consumption reduction norms to make vehicles more fuel efficient. This notification will come into effect from April 1, 2023 by the ministry. The views of all stakeholders have been sought within 30 days from the date of issue of the notification.

सरकार का यह प्रस्ताव मंजूर है और ईंधन खपत मानकों का अनुपालन अनिवार्य है, तो लोगों पर सीधा असर पड़ेगा क्योंकि वाहन खरीदेंगे वह सभी ईंधन खपत मानकों का अनुपालन करते हुए तैयार होंगे, जिससे ईंधन की खपत कम होगी और वह कम खर्च में वाहन का इस्तेमाल करगे. हालांकि, इन्हें खरीदने का खर्च बढ़ता है.

If this proposal of the government is approved and compliance with fuel consumption standards is mandatory, then there will be a direct impact on the people who will buy the vehicle, they will be ready by complying with all the fuel consumption standards, which will reduce fuel consumption and use the vehicle at less cost.
