साइबर ठगों ने गूगल पर विभिन्न कंपनियो के फर्जी हेल्पलाइन नंबर अपलोड कर रखे हैं. सामान में कोई भी खराबी होने पर इन नंबरों पर कॉल करते हैं तो दूसरी ओर से ओटीपी भेजता है. इस ओटीपी को न तो क्लिक करें या ठग को बताएं. ऐसा ही फोन हैक होता है. चूंकि सभी के फोन पेटीएम या बैंकों से जुड़े हैं, इसलिए फोन हैक होते ही खाते से जमापूंजी गायब होती है.
