सावधान! नया ट्रैफिक नियम, तुरंत जानें कट जाएगा 5000 रुपये का चालान (Attention New traffic rule, know immediately 5000 rupees challan will be deducted)

दिल्ली सरकार बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन के सड़क वाले वाहनों को लेकर सख्त है. ऐसे गाड़ियों पर कार्रवाई के लिए नई गाइडलाइन जारी है. दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा जारी नई एसओपी, अगर कोई वाहन बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन के सड़क पर चलता तो पहली बार में उस पर 5000 रुपये का जुर्माना लगेगा और वही वाहन दोबारा यह अपराध करता  तो 10 हजार रुपये का जुर्माना लगाएगा. साथ ही, 1 साल तक की सजा का भी प्रावधान किया है. यह कदम बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन प्लेट वाले वाहनों की सड़क पर बढ़ती संख्या है. 

The Delhi government is strict about road vehicles without registration. A new guideline is going on for action on such vehicles. New SOP issued by the Delhi government, if a vehicle moves on the road without registration, it will be fined Rs 5000 in the first time and if the same vehicle commits this offense again, it will be fined Rs 10 thousand. Along with this, a provision of imprisonment of up to 1 year has also been made. This move is due to the increasing number of vehicles on the road without registration plates.

कोई नया वाहन खरीदा है, जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन अभी तक नहीं हो है तो सावधान होने की जरूरत है. बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन वाले वाहन को ले अगर दिल्ली की सड़कों पर पकड़ते हैं तो भारी जुर्माना भरना पड़ेगा. रजिस्ट्रेशन मार्क न दिखने पर भी 10 हजार रुपये तक के जुर्माने का प्रावधान है. अधिकारियों का कहना है कि बिना वैध रजिस्ट्रेशन प्लेट के वाहन चलाए हैं, ऐसे में अगर यह कोई दुर्घटना करते हैं, तो इनका पता मुश्किल होगा. 

If you have bought a new vehicle, whose registration has not been done yet, then there is a need to be careful. If you catch an unregistered vehicle on the roads of Delhi, then you will have to pay a heavy fine. There is a provision of fine up to Rs 10,000 even if the registration mark is not visible. Officials say that they have driven vehicles without valid registration plates, so if they do an accident, then it will be difficult to find them.

अधिकारियों, "कुछ मामलों में, देखा है कि वाहन मालिक रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर के साथ पेपर शीट चिपकाकर चर रहे थे. शोरूमों को सिर्फ पंजीकरण संख्या के साथ ही वाहनों को ग्राहकों को देना." दिल्ली में अप्रैल 2019 से हाई सिक्योरिटी रजिस्ट्रेशन प्लेट अनिवार्य थीं. वाहन निर्माताओं द्वारा ये प्लेट डीलरों को दी हैं और इन प्लटों पर रजिस्ट्रेशन मार्क है. एसओपी जारी का उद्देश्य प्रवर्तन अधिकारियों को बिना रजिस्ट्रेशन रोड पर चलने वाले वाहनों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई का अधिकार देना है.

Officials, "in some cases, noticed that the vehicle owners were grazing by pasting paper sheets with the registration number. Showrooms should hand over the vehicles to the customers only with the registration number." High security registration plates were mandatory in Delhi from April 2019. These plates are given by the vehicle manufacturers to the dealers and these plates have a registration mark. The purpose of the SOP is to empower the enforcement officers to take action against the vehicles plying on the road without registration.
