घर के टॉयलेट की साफ-सफाई के लिए नियमित रूप से फ्लश करते रहना जरूरी है. लेकिन फ्लश करते वक्त टॉयलेट शीट के ढक्कन को बंद कर दे या खुला रखए, इस पर अधिकतर लोग कंफ्यूज रहते हैं. आज मुद्दे पर काम की बात बता रहे हैं.

सफाई के बाद फ्लशिंग (Flushing after cleaning)

डेली स्टार में अमेरिकन जर्नल ऑफ इंफेक्शन कंट्रोल ने वर्ष 2015 में एक अपडेट रिपोर्ट थी. इस रिपोर्ट में था कि जब टॉयलेट शीट को फ्लश करें तो ढक्कन बंद कर लें. ऐसा न  छिपे वायरस और बैक्टीरिया पानी का फ्लश होते ही उड़कर बाहर फैलते हैं और घर के लोगों बीमारी का कारण बनते हैं. 

The American Journal of Infection Control in the Daily Star had an updated report in the year 2015. It was in this report that when flushing the toilet sheet, close the lid. Such unhidden viruses and bacteria fly out as soon as the water is flushed and cause diseases to the people of the house.

फ्लशिंग से बैंक्टीरिया (Flushing to Bacteria)

स्टडी में गंदे पड़े शौचालयों में नाभिक बायोएरोसोल नामक वायरस पनपते हैं. जब बिना ढक्कन लगाए टॉयलेट शीट को फ्लश किया है तो छिपे ये वायरस बाहर फैलते हैं और नोरोवायरस, सार्स और इन्फ्लूएंजा जैसी बीमारी के फैलाव में बड़ी भूमिका निभाते हैं. 

In the study, a virus called Nucleus Bioaerosol thrives in dirty toilets. When the toilet sheet is flushed without a lid, these hidden viruses spread out and play a big role in the spread of diseases like norovirus, SARS and influenza.

रिसर्च में टॉयलेट शीट में छिपे ये वायरस नमी में पनपते हैं. ऐसे में बिना ढंके तेज स्पीड में फ्लश चलाते हैं तो पानी की कुछ बूंदे बाहर गिरने का अंदेशा है.वायरस टॉयलेट के बाहर आते हैं और सांस या दूसरे तरीके से शरीर में प्रवेश कर बीमार करते हैं. अगली बार टॉयलेट की सफाई के बाद फ्लश चलाएं तो ढक्कन को बंद कर लें. 

In research, these viruses hidden in toilet sheets thrive in moisture. In such a situation, if you run the flush at high speed without covering it, there is a possibility of a few drops of water falling out. Viruses come out of the toilet and enter the body through breathing or other ways and make them sick. Next time you run the flush after cleaning the toilet, close the lid.

टॉयलेट शीट की सफाई (Toilet sheet cleaning)

माइक्रोबायोलॉजिस्ट डॉ जेनेट हिल कहती हैं कि टॉयलेट शीट में मानव मल और यूरिन है. इनमें लाखों-करोड़ों की संख्या में बैक्टीरिया हैं. फ्लश  वजह से अधिकतर बैक्टीरिया बहते हैं. कुछ बैक्टीरिया शौचालय शीट से चिपकते हैं. जिन्हें खत्म के लिए शीट की नियमित सफाई जरूरी है. सफाई के बाद फ्लश चलाकर शीट को साफ किया है. लेकिन फ्लश चलाने से पहले शीट के ढक्कन को बंद जरूर करना चाहिए. 

Microbiologist Dr Janet Hill says that toilet sheets contain human feces and urine. There are hundreds of millions of bacteria in them. Most of the bacteria are shed because of the flush. Some bacteria stick to the toilet sheet. To eliminate which regular cleaning of the sheet is necessary. After cleaning, the sheet is cleaned by running flush. But before running flush, the cover of the sheet must be closed.

गंभीर बीमारियां (Serious diseases)

अपने मल-यूरिन के बैक्टीरिया से किसी के बीमार होने के चांस कम हैं, लेकिन टॉयलेट को दूसरे लोग भी यूज कर रहे हैं तो संक्रमण के चांस बनते है. इनमें उल्टी, दस्त, बुखार, हैजा, डायरिया जैसी बीमारियां हो सकती हैं. जिनके इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती होता है. 

Chances of someone getting sick from the bacteria in their feces and urine are less, but if other people are using the toilet, then there are chances of infection. These can cause diseases like vomiting, diarrhea, fever, cholera, diarrhea. For whose treatment they are admitted to the hospital.
