होंडा मोटरसाइकिल एंड स्कूटर इंडिया ज्यादा ग्राहकों तक पहुंच बढ़ाने के लिए बहुत से नए किफायती टू-व्हीलर्स का वादा पहले ही है. होंडा टू-व्हीलर्स ने भारतीय बाजार के लिए कुछ पेटेंट फाइल किए हैं जिससे साफ है कि ये आगामी वाहनों के नाम हैं और ये लिस्ट काफी बड़ी नजर है. कंपनी ने भारत में स्कूपी नामक नए स्कूटर का पेटेंट भी दर्ज है जिसे पिछले साल मार्च में पेटेंट कराया था. पेटेंट दर्ज कराने से ये पुष्टि नहीं कि प्रोडक्ट को लॉन्च किया होगा. कंपनी भारत में लॉन्च करेगी.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India already promises a slew of new affordable two-wheelers to reach out to more customers. Honda two-wheelers have filed a few patents for the Indian market, which clearly shows that these are the names of the upcoming vehicles and the list is quite a big one. The company has also filed a patent in India for a new scooter named Scoopy, which was patented in March last year. The filing of the patent does not confirm that the product would have been launched. The company will launch in India.

The scooter is offered with features like 15.4-litre underseat storage, USB charging port, semi-digital instrument cluster, keyless ignition, projector LED headlight, multi-functional hook and side stand indicator.

The new Honda Scoopy is smart, equipped with answer back feature and anti-theft alarm. It gets telescopic and monoshock suspension at the front and rear along with ESAF frame. The scooter gets 12-inch alloy wheels with disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The Scoopy is powered by a 109.51 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled, SOHC engine that powers the Activa and Dio in India. This engine is producing 7.76 PS power and 9 Nm peak torque. Makes the new scooter the best mileage according to India.
