अगर सोना खरीदने वाले हैं तो जानये कि 1 जून से देश में बस खरा सोना ही मिलेगा. ज्वेलरी की बिक्री के लिए देश में नया नियम लागू है. इस नियम के बाद ज्वैलर्स देश में बिना हॉलमार्किंग सोना नहीं बेचगे.

If you are going to buy gold, then know that from June 1, only pure gold will be available in the country. A new rule is applicable in the country for the sale of jewellery. After this rule, jewelers will not sell gold without hallmarking in the country.

खरा सोना (Pure gold)

सोने में जालसाजी को दूर के लिए कदम है. हॉलमार्किंग अनिवार्य से देश में नकली और मिलावटी सोने से मुक्ति मिलेगी. पहले तीन श्रेणियों में छूट थी, लेकिन हॉलमार्किंग में सभी ग्रेड वाले सोने को शामिल है. 

Steps to remove counterfeiting in gold. Hallmarking mandatory will get rid of fake and adulterated gold in the country. Earlier three categories were exempted, but hallmarking includes all grades of gold.

भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो हॉलमार्किंग सोने की शुद्धता की पहचान है. 16 जून 2021 तक गोल्ड हॉलमार्किंग स्वेच्छा पर था. 1 जून से अनिवार्य है. कई बार नकली सोना बेच दिया है. लेकिन हॉलमार्क वाला सोना 100% प्रमाणित सोना है.

Bureau of Indian Standards Hallmarking is the identification of the purity of gold. Gold hallmarking was voluntary till 16 June 2021. Compulsory from 1st June. Fake gold has been sold many times. But hallmarked gold is 100% certified gold.

ग्रेडों को शामिल (Grades included)

इस बार हॉलमार्किंग का दूसरा चरण शुरू है, जिसमें हॉलमार्किंग अनिवार्य है और तीनों ग्रेडों को शामिल है. 20 कैरेट, 23 कैरेट और 24 कैरेट को शामिल है. पहले सरकार ने पिछले साल सोने की अनिवार्य हालमार्किंग को देशभर में लागू का फैसला था. एक बार लागू न कर चरणबद्ध तरीके से लागू किया है. पहले चरण में 23 जून 2021 को देश के 256 जिलों में इसे लागू किया.

This time the second phase of hallmarking has started, in which hallmarking is mandatory and all the three grades are included. Includes 20 carat, 23 carat and 24 carat. Earlier the government had decided to implement mandatory hallmarking of gold across the country last year. Not implemented once but implemented in a phased manner. In the first phase, it was implemented in 256 districts of the country on 23 June 2021.

चुकाने होंगे 35 रुपये (Have to pay 35 rupee)

भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ने इसके लिए 4 अप्रैल 2022 को एक नोटिफिकेशन हॉलमार्किंग के दुसरे चरण को लागू की घोषणा थी. 6 शुद्धता श्रेणियों 14 कैरेट, 18 कैरेट, 20 कैरेट, 22 कैरेट, 23 कैरेट और 24 कैरेट के लिए सोने की हॉलमार्किंग अनिवार्य थी. हॉलमार्किंग में बीआईएस लोगो,  शुद्धता ग्रेड और छह अंकों का अल्‍फान्‍यूमेरिकल कोड अंकित अनिवार्य दिया है. एक जून से ग्राहक को हॉलमार्किंग फीस के रूप में सोने के हर आभूषण पर 35 रुपये चुकाने होंगे.

The Bureau of Indian Standards issued a notification for this on April 4, 2022, announcing the implementation of the second phase of hallmarking. Now hallmarking of gold was mandatory for 6 purity categories 14 karat, 18 karat, 20 karat, 22 karat, 23 karat and 24 karat. BIS logo, accuracy grade and six digit alphanumerical code are mandatory in the hallmarking. From June 1, the customer will have to pay Rs 35 on every gold ornament as hallmarking fee.
