1 जून से बदलएंगे ये बड़े न‍ियम, सीधा पड़ेगा असर (These big rules will change from June 1, will have a direct effect)

मई का महीना समाप्त है और जल्‍द जून शुरू होगा. जून की शुरुआत से ही कई बड़े बदलाव हैं. ये बदलाव ज‍िंदगी पर और जेब पर प्रत्‍यक्ष रूप से असर डालेंगे. हर महीने की शुरुआत से कोई न कोई बदलाव है, जो ऊपर सीधा असर हैं.

ब्याज दरें (Interest rates)

देश के बड़े सरकारी बैंक स्‍टेट बैंक ऑफ इंड‍िया से होम लोन के ल‍िए एक्सटर्नल बेंचमार्क लेंडिंग रेट बढ़कर 7.05 फीसदी है. रेपो लिंक्ड लेंडिंग रेट 0.40 प्रत‍िशत बढ़कर 6.65 प्रत‍िशत है. एसबीआई की वेबसाइट के अनुसार बढ़ी हुई ब्याज दरें 1 जून से लागू होगी.

The external benchmark lending rate for home loans from the country's largest state-owned bank State Bank of India has increased to 7.05 percent. Repo linked lending rate increased by 0.40 percent to 6.65 percent. According to SBI's website, the increased interest rates will be applicable from June 1.

इंश्योरेंस प्रीम‍ियम (Insurance premium)

सड़क, परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के मुताब‍िक 1 जून से कार और बाइक का इंश्‍योरेंस महंगा होगा. सरकार थर्ड पार्टी मोटर व्हीकल इंश्योरेंस के प्रीमियम में बढ़ोतरी है. कार की इंजन क्षमता के ह‍िसाब से प्रीम‍ियम देगा. 1000 cc इंजन कारों का इंश्योरेंस प्रीमियम 2,094 रुपये होगा. दोपहिया वाहनों के इंश्योरेंस प्रीम‍ियम में भी 1 जून से इजाफा होगा.

According to the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways, the insurance of cars and bikes will be expensive from June 1. The government is increasing the premium of third party motor vehicle insurance. The premium will be given according to the engine capacity of the car. The insurance premium for 1000 cc engine cars will be Rs 2,094. Insurance premium of two wheelers will also increase from June 1.

गोल्ड (Gold)

1 जून से गोल्ड हॉलमार्किंग का दूसरा चरण लागू है. साथ ही पुराने 256 ज‍िलों और 32 अन्‍य जिलों में हॉलमार्किंग सेंटर्स शुरू होंगे.  नए-पुराने 288 ज‍िलों में हॉलमार्किंग होगी और ज्‍वैलर को हॉलमार्किंग ज्‍वैलरी बेचनी होगी. 1 जून से हॉलमार्किंग स्‍टैंडर्ड के 14, 18, 20, 22, 23 और 24 कैरेट के गहनों की ब‍िक्री होगी. बिना हॉलमार्किंग सोना बेचना नहीं होगा.

The second phase of gold hallmarking is applicable from June 1. Along with this, hallmarking centers will start in the old 256 districts and 32 other districts. Hallmarking will be done in 288 districts, new and old, and the jeweler will have to sell hallmarked jewellery. From June 1, 14, 18, 20, 22, 23 and 24-carat jewelery of hallmarking standard will be sold. Gold will not be sold without hallmarking.

बैलेंस लिमिट (Balance limit) 

एक्सिस बैंक ने ग्रामीण और शहरी इलाकों के लिए एवरेज मंथली बैलेंस की लिमिट 15000 से बढ़ा 25000 रुपये है. बैंक नोट‍िफ‍िकेशन में सेविंग्स / सैलरी अकाउंट के टैरिफ स्ट्रक्चर में 1 जून, 2022 से बदलाव है. ऑटो डेबिट सक्‍सेस नहीं होने पर वाली पेनाल्‍टी भी बढ़ा है. एक्सिस बैंक के ग्राहक अकाउंट में म‍िन‍िमम बैलेंस मेंटेन नहीं कर पाते तो पहले से ज्‍यादा सर्विस चार्ज देगा.

Axis Bank has increased the limit of average monthly balance from 15000 to 25000 rupees for rural and urban areas. There is a change in the tariff structure of Savings / Salary Account in the bank notification with effect from June 1, 2022. The penalty for not having access to auto debit has also increased. If customers of Axis Bank are unable to maintain the minimum balance in the account, then they will pay more service charge than before.

अन्‍न योजना (Food plan)

पीएम‍ गरीब कल्‍याण अन्‍न योजना के तहत देश के कई राज्‍यों में फ्री गेहूं का कोटा घटा द‍िया है. यूपी, बि‍हार और केरल में 1 जून से अब 3 क‍िलो गेहूं और 2 क‍िलो चावल की जगह 5 क‍िलो चावल ही म‍िलेगा. यह फैसला गेहूं की कम खरीद होने के चलते ल‍िया है. कुछ राज्‍यों को पहले की ही तरह गेहूं म‍िलगा और राशन व‍ितरण पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा.

Under the PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, the quota of free wheat has been reduced in many states of the country. In UP, Bihar and Kerala from June 1, now instead of 3 kg of wheat and 2 kg of rice, only 5 kg of rice will be available. This decision has been taken due to less procurement of wheat. Some states will get wheat as before and there will be no impact on ration distribution.
