देश में महिलाएं छोड़ रहीं नौकरीयां, खुलासा (Women are leaving jobs in the country, disclosed)

महिला कर्मचार‍ियों में लिंक्डइन की रिपोर्ट में खुलासा है. रिपोर्ट में सामने है देश में बड़ी संख्‍या में महिलाएं सैलरी में कटौती, पक्षपात और फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी की कमी से नौकरी छोड़ रही हैं या नौकरी छोड़ने पर विचार हैं.

There is a disclosure in the LinkedIn report among women employees. The report has revealed that a large number of women in the country are quitting or contemplating leaving jobs due to salary cuts, bias and lack of flexibility.

महिलाएं हुईं शामिल (Women got involved)

लिंक्डइन ने 2,266 महिलाएं से बातचीत से यह र‍िसर्च जारी है. रिपोर्ट में वर्क‍िंग प्‍लेस पर महिलाएं के सामने वाली चुनौतियों पर फोकस क‍िया. लिंक्डइन से की र‍िसर्च में पता चला महामारी के बाद 10 में से 8 वर्क‍िंग वुमेन ने महसूस किया कि वे ज्‍यादा फ्लेक्सिबल तरीके से काम हैं.

This research is going on by LinkedIn talking to 2,266 women. The report focused on the challenges faced by women in the working place. Research from LinkedIn revealed that after the epidemic, 8 out of 10 working women felt that they work in a more flexible way.

ऑफर को र‍िजेक्‍ट (Reject the offer)

रिसर्च में 72 प्रतिशत कामकाजी महिलाएं ऐसी नौकरी के ऑफर को र‍िजेक्‍ट हैं, जहां फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी के साथ काम की इजाजत नहीं है, जबकि 70% पहले ही नौकरी छोड़ चुकी हैं या नौकरी छोड़ने पर विचार हैं.

In research, 72 percent of working women have rejected job offers where flexibility is not allowed, while 70% have already quit or are considering leaving.

पर्सनल लाइफ में बैलेंस (Balance in personal life)

सर्वे में 5 में दो महिलाएं ने कहा कि फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी से काम और पर्सनल लाइफ में बैलेंस बनता है.करियर में आगे बढ़ने में मदद है, जबकि तीन में एक ने कहा कि मेंटल हेल्‍थ में सुधार है. साथ नौकरी में बने की संभावना बढ़ती है.

Two in five women surveyed said that flexibility creates a balance between work and personal life. One in three said that it helps them to progress in their careers, while one in three said that mental health improves. With this, the chances of getting into the job increase.
