हाल में ऐसी जानकारी आई है कि स्कैम के जरिए साइबर अपराधी निजी और बैंक संबंधी जानकारियों को चुराते हैं. वो फेक सपोर्ट अकाउंट का इस्तेमाल करते हैं, जो कि असली दिख रहे हैं.

Recently there has been information that cyber criminals steal personal and bank related information through scams. They use fake support accounts, which appear to be genuine.

फेक सपोर्ट अकाउंट (Fake support account)

पहले अपराधी ओरिजिनल की तरह एक फेक व्हाट्सएप सपोर्ट अकाउंट क्रिएट हैं. ये अकाउंट्स वेरिफाइड बैज वाले एक प्रोफाइल इमेज के जरिए ऑथेंटिक दिखने की कोशिश हैं. जानकारी के मुताबिक ये फेक अकाउंट्स अकाउंट को बंद की वॉर्निंग देकर निजी जानकारी की कोशिश करते हैं.

The first culprit is a fake WhatsApp support account created like the original. These accounts are an attempt to appear authentic through a profile image with a verified badge. According to the information, these fake accounts try to get personal information by giving warning of closing the account.

असली व्हाट्सएप सपोर्ट (Real whatsapp support)

मेटा-स्वामित्व वाले व्हाट्सएप सपोर्ट के नाम के आगे एक हरे रंग का वेरिफिकेशन टिक है. वेरिफिकेशन टिक स्कैमर के पास नहीं होता. वे प्रोफाइल पिक्चर पर बैज लगाकर बरगलाने की कोशिश करते हैं. कोई खाता इस तरह का मैसेज है, तो इसे अनदेखा करें और तुरंत हटा दें.

Meta-owned WhatsApp Support has a green verification tick next to its name. Verification is not done by tick scammers. They try to mislead by putting a badge on the profile picture. If an account has a message like this, ignore it and delete it immediately.
