एटीएम से कैश निकालते समय बस एक छोटी सि गलती करोड़ों का नुकसान पहुंचाती है. साइबर क्राइम के मामले आजकल तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं. ऑनलाइन ट्रांजेक्‍शन के साथ ही एटीएम से पैसा न‍िकालना सुरक्ष‍ित नहीं है. अंतिम एटीएम फ्रॉड से जुड़ा हर द‍िन नया मामला सामने है, ऐसे में एटीएम से पैसा निकालें सतर्क रहें.

चोरी डाटा (Stolen data)

आजकल हैकर्स शातिर हैं. ये हैकर्स ग्राहक का डाटा एटीएम मशीन में कार्ड वाले स्लॉट से चुराते हैं. एटीएम मशीन के कार्ड स्लॉट में डिवाइस हैं, जो कार्ड की पूरी जानकारी को स्कैन करती है. इससे सारी डिटेल्स उस डिवाइस में है. वह ब्‍लूटूथ या दूसरी वायरलेस डिवाइस से इस डाटा को चुराते हैं.

Nowadays hackers are clever. These hackers steal the customer's data from the card slot in the ATM machine. There are devices in the card slot of the ATM machine, which scan the complete details of the card. From this all the details are in that device. They steal this data from Bluetooth or other wireless devices.

तरीका (Method)

डेबिट कार्ड का पूरा एक्सेस के लिए हैकर के पास पिन नंबर अनिवार्य है. हैकर्स के पास तरीका है. हैकर्स पिन नंबर को किसी कैमरे से ट्रैक हैं. यानी डट की चोरी के लिए उनके पास पूरी व्यवस्था है. इसके लिए एटीएम में पिन नंबर एंटर करें तो उसे दूसरे हाथ से ढंक लें, ताकि सीसीटीवी कैमरे से देखा न जा सके.

The PIN number is mandatory for the hacker to have full access to the debit card. Hackers have a way. Hackers track the pin number with a camera. That is, they have a complete system for theft of the stick. For this, enter the PIN number in the ATM, then cover it with the other hand, so that it cannot be seen from the CCTV camera.

एटीएम की जांच (ATM check)

- आप एटीएम जाएं तो एटीएम मशीन के कार्ड स्लॉट को जांच लें.

If you go to the ATM, then check the card slot of the ATM machine.

- अगर एटीएम कार्ड स्लॉट में छेड़खानी है या स्लॉट ढीला है या कोई और गड़बड़ है तो यूज न करें.

Do not use if there is tampering in the ATM card slot or if the slot is loose or there is any other fault.

- इस कार्ड स्लॉट में कार्ड लगाते समय जलने वाली 'हरी लाइट' पर नजर रखें. 

Keep an eye on the 'Green Light' flashing while inserting the card in this card slot.

- यहां स्लॉट में ग्रीन लाइट जल रही है तो एटीएम सुरक्षित है.

Here the green light is on in the slot, so the ATM is safe.

- लेकिन लाल या कोई दूसरी लाइट नहीं जल रही है तो एटीएम को यूज न करें.

But if red or any other light is not on, then do not use ATM.

पुलिस को इन्फॉर्म (Inform the police)

अगर एटीएम जाएं और हैकर्स की जाल में फंस चुके हैं और बैंक बंद है तो पुलिस से संपर्क करें. सही समय पर जानकारी पुल‍िस को देते हैं तो फ‍िंगर प्र‍िंट हैं. या ब्लूटूथ कनेक्शन के जरीय उस फ्रॉड तक पहुंचाता है. 

If you go to the ATM and get caught in the trap of hackers and the bank is closed then contact the police. If you give information to the police at the right time, then there are fingerprints. Or transmits to that fraud through Bluetooth connection.
