मेल्स के गुप्त फीचर्स ? फॉलो करें तो होगा हर काम (Secret Features of Mails? If you follow then everything will work)

हर इंसान के पास एक ईमेल्स  आईडी है और ज्यादातर मेल्स का इस्तेमाल हैं. अगर जीमेल्स  का इस्तेमाल हैं तो ट्रिक्स हैं जिन फॉलो हर काम को झटपट निपटाते हैं. 

Every person has an email ID and most of the mails are used. If Gmail is used, then there are tricks that follow to get everything done quickly.

आइए ट्रिक्स पर नजर (let's look at the tricks)

1.डिसअपीयरिंग मैसेज (Disappearing message)

व्हाट्सएप पर एक अनोखा फीचर है जिसका नाम ‘डिसअपीयरिंग फीचर’है. भेज हुआ मैसेज एक निर्धारित समय के बाद डिलीट है. शायद पता नहीं होगा कि मेल्स  पर भी एक फीचर है जिसे ‘गोपनीय मोड’ का नाम है. मेल्स  को भेजने से पहले एक एक्स्पाइरी डेट सिलेक्ट हैं, जिसके बाद वो मेल्स गायब होगा.

There is a unique feature on WhatsApp called 'Disappearing Feature'. The sent message is deleted after a specified time. Perhaps you will not know that there is a feature on mails also called 'Confidential Mode'. An expiry date is selected before sending the mails, after which those mails will disappear.

2.टाइप मेल्स (Type mails)

मेल्स  पर ‘स्मार्ट लिखें’ नाम का एक फीचर मिलेगा. मेल्स ्स को जल्दी टाइप कर सकेंगे. ‘स्मार्ट कम्पोज’ मेल्स लिखते समय शब्दों के सुझाव देगा जो वाक्य से मिलते-जुलते होंगे. उन इस्तेमाल कर मेल्स ्स को फटाफट टाइप कर भेजगे.

A feature called 'Smart Compose' will be available on the mails. Will be able to type mails quickly. 'Smart Compose' will suggest words that are similar to sentences while writing mails. Using them, you will send mails by typing them quickly.

3.मिस मेल्स (Miss mails)

हर ऐप जीमेल्स अकाउंट से लिंक्ड है. मेल्स पर मेल्स ्स को ‘सितारा’ हैं जो जरूरी लगते हैं. शायद पता हो क्या पता है कि मेल्स ्स को अलग-अलग रंगों के स्टार्स से मार्क करते हैं? अलग रंगों के स्टार्स का इस्तेमाल कर जरूरी मेल्स ्स को अलग केटेगरी में डिवाइड करते हैं.

4.अनसेंड मेल्स (Unsend mails)

जीमेल्स पर कोई मेल्स  भेजने के तुरंत बाद यह है कि मेल्स में कुछ गलत था या फिर गलत इंसान को मेल्स भेज हो. ऐसे में मेल्स  के ‘अनसेंड’ के फीचर से मेल्स को भेजने के बाद अनसेन्ड करते हैं. जैसे मेल्स  भेजते हैं, स्क्रीन पर नीचे की तरफ ये ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा. टाइम लिमिट को जीमेल्स  की सेटिंग्स में जा बदलाता है.

In such a situation, after sending the mails with the feature of 'Unsend' of mails, unsend them. As you send mails, this option will appear at the bottom of the screen. The time limit can be changed in the settings of Gmail.
