हीरो अप्रैल में टू-व्हीलर्स की 'नि: शुल्क सेवा', लें मौका (Hero two-wheelers 'free service' in April, take a chance)

इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों का ट्रेंड भारत में दिख है और इलेक्ट्रिक टू-व्हीलर्स के साथ फोर-व्हीलर्स की डिमांड  है. फिलहाल देश में ज्यादा डिमांड इलेक्ट्रिक टू-व्हीलर्स है और हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक इस सेगमेंट में पकड़ मजबूत है. हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक अप्रैल 2022 को ‘बैटरी केयर मंथ’ के तौर पर है और कंपनी इलेक्ट्रिक टू-व्हीलर्स पर फ्री सर्विस है. पिछले कुछ दिनों में ही इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर्स में आग लगने की 3 घटनाएं सामने हैं, ग्राहकों का डर दूर के लिए ये कदम है.

हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक का कहना है कि ऐसी परिस्थिति में ग्राहकों की सुरक्षा अहम है. बैटरी की देखभाल और सुरक्षा के अन्य पहलुओं की मुफ्त जांच करने से विश्वास मजबूत होगा. देशभर में 750 से ज्यादा डीलरशिप पर हीरो इलेक्ट्रिक के ग्राहक इलेक्ट्रिक दो-पहिया की फ्री सर्विस कराते हैं. कंपनी 4.5 लाख से ज्यादा यूजर्स से सामने बैठकर बता और प्रतिक्रिया जानने का काम भी करेगी.

हीरो के सीईओ (Hero's CEO)

हीरो के सीईओ गिल ने कहा कि इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों की सुरक्षा के लिए तत्काल कदम जरूरी है. इनमें सुधार पहले किया जाना जिसके अंतर्गत बैटरी चार्जिंग से रखरखाव के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक होगा. हीरो वाहनों की देख-रेख के लिए फ्री सर्विस मुहैया का फैसला है. बैटरी केयर मंथ में ज्यादा ग्राहकों से संपर्क कर प्रोत्साहित करगे. देश के 500 से ज्यादा शहरों में डीलरशिप मौजूद है इस महीने बैटरी केयर मंथ मनाएगा.

Hero CEO Gill said that immediate steps are necessary to protect electric vehicles. Improvements should be made in these first, under which people will be aware of maintenance from battery charging.
