क्या हैं ब्‍लीड मार्क्‍स (What are bleed marks)

नोटों पर लकीरों को 'ब्‍लीड मार्क्‍स' कहते हैं. ये ब्‍लीड मार्क्‍स विशेष रूप से नेत्रहीनों के लिए हैं. नोट पर लकीरों को छू कर बताते हैं कि यह कितने रुपए का नोट है. इसीलिए 100, 200, 500 और 2000 के नोटों पर अलग-अलग संख्‍या में लकीरें हैं. और लाइनों से नेत्रहीन कीमत पहचानते हैं.

नोट की कीमत पर नजर डालते हैं. ये लकीरें नोटों की कीमत बताती हैं. 100 रुपये के नोट में दोनों तरफ चार-चार लकीरे बनती हैं, जिसे छू कर नेत्रहीन समझते हैं कि ये 100 रुपये का नोट है. 200 के नोट के दोनों किनारे चार-चार लकीरे हैं और दो-दो जीरो भी लगे हैं. 500 के नोट में 5 और 2000 के नोट में दोनों तरफ 7-7 लकीरें बनाई हैं. इनकी मदद से नेत्रहीन आसानी से नोट को और कीमत पहचानते हैं.
