एटीएम कार्ड से कटे-फटे नोट, तो न लें टेंशन; होंगे चेंज (Mutilated notes from ATM card, then do not take tension; will change)

ज्यादातर लोग एटीएम कार्ड का इस्तेमाल हैं. एटीएम से कैश निकालता है. लेकिन ऐसे मामले सामने हैं, जहां एटीएम से पैसे निकालते समय फटे हुये नोट हैं. ऐसा आपके साथ है, तो परेशान होने की जरूरत नहीं है. एटीएम से निकले फटे नोट को आसानी से बदलवाते हैं.

एटीएम से कटे-फटे नोट निकले हैं तो उन्हें बदलने के लिए बैंक में शिकायत होगी, जिसके एटीएम से कैश निकाला है. शिकायत में पैसा निकालने की तारीख, समय और एटीएम की लोकेशन होगी. साथ पैसा निकालने का स्लिप अटैच होगा. स्लिप नहीं है तो मोबाइल पर मैसेज की डिटेल देगा.कोई सरकारी बैंक नोट बदलने से माना नहीं करते. आप आसानी से कटे-फटे नोट बदलवाते हैं और इसमें ज्यादा वक्त भी नहीं है.

बैंक ने बताया है कि https://crcf.sbi.co.in/ccf/ सामान्य बैंकिंग // नकद संबंधित श्रेणी के तहत में हैं. यह स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के एटीएम के लिए है. बैंक एटीएम से निकले कटे-फटे नोट को बदलने से इंकार नहीं करता. बैंक नियमों का उल्लंघन हैं तो बैंक कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई हैं. कस्टमर की शिकायत के आधार पर बैंक को 10 हजार तक का हर्जाना भरता है.

On the basis of the complaint of the customer, the bank pays the damages up to 10 thousand.
