गाड़ी की आर सी ट्रांसफर के लिए नहीं लगाने आरटीओ के चक्कर (Do not apply for RTO for RC transfer of vehicle )

कई सेकंड हैंड गाड़िया खरीदते-बेचते हैं. गाड़ी की ओनरशिप अपने नाम ट्रांसफर नहीं करते हैं तब वाहन के मालिक नहीं कहते हैं. पुराना वाहन खरीद या बेच रहे हैं तो रजिस्ट्रेशन ट्रांसफर बेहद है. आर सी ट्रांसफर में काफी दिक्कतों को झेलता है. आरटीओ ऑफिस के चक्कर काटते हैं. आज हम पूरा प्रोसेस बता रहे हैं.

14 दिन के अंदर (Within 14 days)

गाड़ी को बेचने के विक्रेता को 14 दिन के अंदर आर सी ट्रासंफर है. आरटीओ में अप्लाई होगा. कुछ कागजों की जरूरत है. कागजों में आर सी की ओरिजिनल कॉपी है. इस अलावा Form 29 भरना होगा, जिसमें खरीदने वाले का पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो और खरीदार हैं. फॉर्म आरटीओ की वेबसाइट पर है जिसे डाउनलोड कर आरटीओ में जमा हैं. 30 दिन के अंदर आर सी ट्रांसफर नए पते पर भेज दी है. लेकिन एक राज्य से दूसरे राज्य में वाहन के ट्रांसफर की स्थिति में फॉर्म 28 का उपयोग है जिसमें कि 30 दिन से ज्यादा का समय लगता है. 

The seller has to RC transfer within 14 days of selling a vehicle. Apply in RTO. In which some papers are needed. The original copy of RC is in the papers. Apart from this, Form 29 will have to be filled, which contains the passport size photograph of the buyer and the buyer. The form is available on the RTO website which is downloaded and submitted to the RTO. RC transfer is sent to the new address within 30 days. But in case of transfer of vehicle from one state to another, Form 28 is used which takes more than 30 days.

ट्रांसफर (Transfer)

1. पहले परिवहन राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की वेबसाइट https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/.

First website of Ministry of Transport Highways https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/

2. इस पर अपना नाम, मोबाइल नंबर , ईमेल एड्रेस आदि डाल अकाउंट बनाना है.

On this you have to create an account by putting your name, mobile number, email address etc.

3. अकाउंट के बाद ऑनलाइन सर्विस पर क्लिक करना है. वाहन संबंधी सेवा ऑप्शन सिलेक्ट है.

After creating the account, click on Online Service. Vehicle related service option is selected.

4. अब प्रपत्र खुलेगा, जहां वाहन का रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर डाल कर ओटीपी मोबाइल नंबर पर आएगा. 

Now the form will open, where by entering the registration number of the vehicle, OTP will come on the mobile number.

5.ओटीपी के बाद नया पेज होगा. यहां स्वामित्व का हस्तांतरण ऑप्शन पर क्लिक है. सबमिट  पर क्लिक करें.

After OTP there will be a new page. Here click on Transfer of Ownership option. Click on submit .

6. प्रस्तुत के बाद प्रपत्र आएगा, यहां वाहन और रजिस्ट्रेशन के जानकारी है.

After submission the form will come, here is the vehicle and registration information.

7. फॉर्म सबमिट करना है. इसके बाद इच्छानुसार आरटीओ ऑफिस से अपॉइंटमेंट की तारीख लेते हैं. 

Form has to be submitted. After this, as desired, take the date of appointment from the RTO office.

आरटीओ ऑफिस जाकर सारा प्रोसेस करें, यहां डॉक्यूमेंट और प्रोसेसिंग फीस देगी. इस बाद तारीख बताएगी, उस दिन जाकर स्टेटस चेक करते हैं.

Go to the RTO office and do all the process, here you will pay the document and processing fee. After this the date will tell, go to that day and check the status.
