यूरिन के कलर में दिखे चेंज, गंभीर बीमारी का होता है संकेत! (Change in the color of urine is a sign of serious illness!)

यूरिन का कलर बताता है कि किस  बीमारी से पीड़ित हैं. दरअसल, शरीर के अंदर होने  वाले बदलावों का पता के लिए यूरिन का कलर और कारणों का पता होना जरूरी है. क्योंकि रंग का यूरिन होगा उसी समय पता चलगा कि शरीर में क्या चल रहा है. तो चलिए जानते हैं कि किस रंग का यूरिन सबसे खतरनाक है.

यूरिन का डार्क (Dark urine)

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, यूरिन का कलर जितना डार्क है शरीर के अंदर बीमारियां का खतरा भी उतना बढ़ता है. यूरिन में यूरोक्रोम नाम का एक केमिकल है. यूरोक्रोम एक पीले रंग का पिगमेंट है. जिसकी वजह से यूरिन का रंग पीला नजर है. कई  बार दवाइयों के सेवन से भी यूरिन का कलर बदलता है. 

According to the report, the darker the color of urine, the greater the risk of diseases inside the body. Urine contains a chemical called urochrome. Urochrome is a yellow colored pigment. Due to which the color of urine is yellowish. Sometimes the color of urine changes even with the use of medicines.

ट्रांसपरेंट का यूरिन आना (Transparent urine)

जब यूरिन ट्रासपेरेंट कलर का नजर आए तो समझए कि पानी बहुत ज्यादा पीते है. हाइड्रेटेड रहना एक अच्छी बात है, लेकिन बहुत अधिक मात्रा में पानी पीने से शरीर में इलेक्ट्रोलाइट्स की कमी होती है. कभी-कभी यूरिन का कलर ट्रांसपेरेंट नजर है तो इसके लिए घबराने की बिल्कुल जरूरत नहीं है. यदि यूरिन हमेशा ही ट्रांसपरेंट दिखता है तो इशारा है कि पानी कम पीने की जरूरत है. 

When urine appears of transparent color, then understand that you drink too much water. Staying hydrated is a good thing, but drinking too much water can deplete the body of electrolytes. Sometimes the color of urine is transparent, so there is absolutely no need to panic for it. If the urine always looks transparent, then it is a sign that there is a need to drink less water.

डार्क पीले रंग का यूरिन (Dark yellow urine) 

यूरोक्रोम पिगमेंट के चलते यूरिन का कलर हल्के पीले से डार्क पीला नजर है. जब पानी पीते हैं तो यह पिगमेंट डायल्यूट होता है. यूरोक्रोम का निर्माण शरीर में हीमोग्लोबिन के टूटने के चलता है. कई बार खून में विटामिन-डी की मात्रा अधिक के चलते यूरिन का डार्क पीला रंग नजर है. 

Urine color varies from light yellow to dark yellow due to urochrome pigments. When we drink water, this pigment is diluted. Urochrome is produced by the breakdown of hemoglobin in the body. Sometimes dark yellow color of urine is visible due to high amount of Vitamin-D in the blood.

लाल और गुलाबी रंग का यूरिन (Red and pink urine)

यदि लाल और गुलाबी रंग का यूरिन आता है तो घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है क्योंकि यह इस पर निर्भर करता है कि आप क्या खाते हैं. इसके बाद लगातार आपका यूरिन का कलर गुलाबी और लाल है. तो थोड़ा सतर्क होने की जरूरत है, क्योंकि यूरिन का ऐसा कलर कई तरह की बीमारियों के कारण भी होता है, जैसे बढ़ा हुआ प्रोस्टेट, किडनी स्टोन, ब्लैडर या किडनी में ट्यूमर आदि.  

If red and pink colored urine comes then there is no need to panic because it depends on what you eat. After this, the color of your urine is pink and red continuously. So there is a need to be a little cautious, because such color of urine is also due to many diseases, such as enlarged prostate, kidney stone, tumor in bladder or kidney etc.

नीला और हरे रंग का यूरिन (Blue and green urine)

कई बार आप ऐसी चीजे खाते हैं, जिससे नीले और हरे रंग का भी है. बहुत कैंडी और कुछ दवाईयों में मेथिलीन ब्लू नाम के एक डाई का इस्तेमाल किया है, जिसके सेवन से आपके यूरिन का रंग ब्लू नजर आता है.

Many times you eat such things, due to which there is also blue and green color. A dye called methylene blue has been used in many candies and some medicines, due to which the color of your urine appears blue.
