तुलसी और आंवला का कमाल, सफेद बालों को काला का उपाय (Amazing of Tulsi and Amla, remedy for black hair)

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, सफेद बाल को दोबारा काला बनाए में भी तुलसी और आवंला मददगार है. तुलसी को पीस आंवला पाउडर के साथ मिलाएं और रात भर पानी में भिगो छोड़ दें. सुबह नहाते समय घोल से सिर धोएं. बालों को प्राकृतिक रूप से काला बनाएं के लिए कुछ महीने तक इस नुस्खे का इस्तेमाल होता है. 

According to the report, basil and amla are also helpful in making white hair black again. Grind basil and mix it with amla powder and leave it to soak in some water overnight. आंवले और तुलसी का पेस्ट (Amla and Basil Paste)

अगर बाल सफेद होगे तो आंवले और तुलसी के पत्ते को पीसकर पेस्ट बना लें. पेस्ट क एक कप पानी में घोल बालों की जड़ों में लगाएं और सूखने पर बालों को पानी से धो लें. इससे जल्दी ही बाल काले होगे.

If the hair is white, then grind gooseberry and basil leaves and make a paste. Apply a solution of this paste in a cup of water to the roots of the hair and after drying wash the hair with water. Soon the hair will turn black.

चमक के लिए आंवला (Amla for glow)

बालों में चमक के लिए आंवला का इस्तेमाल करते हैं. बालों में चमक के लिए आंवला के जूस से अच्छी तरह से मसाज करें. एक घंटे के बाद बालों को पानी से धो लें. बालों में नेचुरल ग्लो आएगा.

Amla is used for shine in the hair. Massage well with amla juice for shine in the hair. After an hour wash the hair with water. Natural glow will come in the hair.
