केंद्रीय विद्यालय संगठन ने कक्षा एक के लिए केवीएस प्रवेश 2022 आवेदन पत्र जमा की आखिरी तारीख है। तारीखों के अनुसार, कक्षा एक में प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन फॉर्म जमा की आखिरी तारीख 11 अप्रैल, 2022 है। पेरेंट्स को सलाह है कि, बच्चे के लिए रजिस्ट्रेशन नहीं किया हो,वे वेबसाइट kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in पर जाकर लॉग इन करते हैं।

Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has last date for submission of KVS Admission 2022 Application Form for Class I. As per the revised dates, now the last date for submission of application form for admission in class I is April 11, 2022. Parents are advised to visit KVS website, kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in, who have not registered for the child.

कोर्ट में विवाद (Dispute in court)

केंद्रीय विद्यालयों में अगले शिक्षण सत्र में पहली कक्षा में प्रवेश के लिए न्यूनतम आयु पांच से बढ़ाकर छह वर्ष है। फैसले के खिलाफ पांच साल की एक बच्ची ने याचिका दायर थी। याचिकाकर्ता के वकील अग्रवाल ने दलील में कहा कि केवीएस ने अचानक से कक्षा-1 में प्रवेश की आयु सीमा बढ़ाकर पांच से छह साल है।

The minimum age for admission to Class I in Kendriya Vidyalayas in the next academic session has been increased from five to six years. A five-year-old girl had filed a petition against the organization's decision. The petitioner's counsel Agarwal had contended that KVS has suddenly increased the age limit for admission to class-I from five to six years.

संविधान के अनुच्छेद 14, 21 और 21-ए के तहत याचिकाकर्ता को मिले शिक्षा के अधिकार का उल्लंघन है। दिल्ली HC ने केंद्र और KVS को हलफनामा दाखिल के लिए 10 दिन का समय है। अगली सुनवाई अप्रैल में होगी।

This violates the right of the petitioner to education under Articles 14, 21 and 21-A of the Constitution. Delhi HC has 10 days to file affidavits to Center and KVS. The next hearing will be held in April.
