बढ़ते प्रदूषण, स्ट्रेस और बदलती लाइफस्टाइल का असर चेहरे से लेकर बालों तक पर देखा जाता है. आज-कल कम उम्र में ही बालों के झड़ने और सफेद होने की समस्या बहुत आम है. कई बार बालों की सही ढंग से देखभाल न पर उनमें सफेदी आती है तो कई बार किसी बीमारी से भी बाल समय से पहले सफेद होते हैं.

Many times the hair is not taken care of properly but whiteness comes in them, sometimes due to some disease, the hair becomes white prematurely.

नैचुरल से बालों को काला (Darken hair naturally)

सफेद बालों को काला के लिए उन पर डाई या कलर लगाने के बजाय दूसरे नैचुरल तरीकों का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए. सरसों का तेल सफेद बालों को काला के लिए सबसे कारगर घरेलू नुस्खा है. सरसों तेल में मेहंदी पाउडर मिला सफेद बालों की मसाज से उनमें न सिर्फ मजबूती है, बल्कि वे जड़ से काले होते हैं. 

Instead of applying dye or color to white hair for black, other natural methods should be used. Mustard oil is the most effective home remedy for black to white hair. Massaging white hair with henna powder mixed with mustard oil not only strengthens them, but they also turn black from the root.

बालों को काला के लिए तेल (Oil for dark hair)

आयुर्वेद में, सरसों का तेल लगाने के कई फायदे हैं. गंजापन दूर के साथ ही बालों को मजबूत और काला बनाया है.तेल को ज्यादा असरदार के लिए 1 कप सरसों का तेल और 3 टेबलस्पून हिना पाउडर या पत्तियां लें.

In Ayurveda, there are many benefits of applying mustard oil. Along with removing baldness, the hair has been made strong and black. To make the oil more effective, take 1 cup mustard oil and 3 tbsp henna powder or leaves.

 जानिए तेल बनाने का तरीका

 (Know how to make oil)

1. गैस पर लोहे की कड़ाही चढ़ाकर सरसों का तेल डालें.

Put an iron skillet on the gas and pour mustard oil.

2. तेल को गर्म कर गैस की आंच धीमी कर दें. उसमें हिना पाउडर डालें.

After heating the oil, reduce the flame of the gas. Add henna powder to it. 

3. तेल में उबालने तक पकाएं और लगातार चलाते रहें.

 Cook till it boils in oil and keep stirring continuously.

4. तेल पूरी तरह से काला हो और मेहंदी घुल जाए तो गैस बंद कर दें.

If the oil is completely black and the henna dissolves, then turn off the gas.

5. तेल कड़ाही को 1 घंटे तक ढककर रखें. तेल के ठंडा होने के बाद छान कर एक शीशी में भर दें.

Cover the oil pan for 1 hour. After the oil cools down, filter it and fill it in a vial.
