रूस-यूक्रेन विवाद के बीच रिटेल निवेशकों को एलआईसी के आईपीओ का इंतजार है. बाजार नियामक सेबी के पार दस्तावेज जमा कराए हैं. एलआईसी के आईपीओ का इंतजार हैं तो यह जल्‍द खत्‍म होने वाला है. देश के बड़े आईपीओ के 10 मार्च को खुलने की उम्‍मीद है. इस निवेश का प्लान हैं तो जान लीजिए ये आप लिए अच्छा अवसर साबित होता है क्योंकि आईपीओ में एलआईसी पॉलिसी होल्डर्स के लिए 10% हिस्सा रिजर्व होगा. यानी पॉलिसी होल्डर्स को इसमें शेयर मिलने की संभावना बढ़गी. इसके अलावा डिस्काउंट है.

आईपीओ में निवेश तैयारी

एलआईसी आईपीओ में निवेश हैं तो पहले कुछ दस्तावेज तैयार रखें. एलआईसी आईपीओ में निवेश के लिए सबसे पहले एलआईसी पॉलिसी खाते से जुड़ा पैन और डीमैट अकाउंट है. यानी जल्द से जल्द इन दोनों को कामों को निपटाना है. इसकी लास्ट डेट 28 फरवरी है. 

If you are investing in LIC IPO, then keep some documents ready first. To invest in LIC IPO, the first thing to do is to have a PAN and Demat account linked to the LIC policy account. That is, both of them have to settle the works as soon as possible. Its last date is 28 February.

स्टेप में डिटेल अपडेट (Step by step detail update)

- इसके लिए पहले एलआईसी की वेबसाइट पर जाएं. 

For this, first go to the website of LIC.

- होमपेज पर 'ऑनलाइन पैन पंजीकरण' चुनें. 

Select 'Online PAN Registration' on the homepage.

- रजिस्ट्रेशन पेज पर 'आगे बढ़ना' पर करें.

On the new page, PAN, email, mobile number and policy number.

- नए पेज पर पैन, ईमेल, नंबर और पॉलिसी नंबर भरें. 

On the new page, enter PAN, email, number and policy number.

- कैप्चा कोड को दर्ज करें. 

Enter the captcha code.

- ओटीपी पर क्लिक करें. 

Now click on OTP.

- रजिस्टर्ड नंबर पर ओटीपी आएगा. 

An OTP will come on the number.

-  ओटीपी डालें और सब्मिट कर दें. 

Now enter OTP and submit.

- रजिस्ट्रेशन सफल का मैसेज मिलेगा.

You will get the message of registration successful.

- एक बार जन्म तिथि, पॉलिसी-पैन नंबर से स्टेटस कर लें. 

 Once the date of birth, do the status with the policy-PAN number.

पॉलिसी का रिजर्व (Reserve of policy)

आईपीओ ने इसमें एलआईसी पॉलिसी धारकों और कंपनी के कर्मचारियों के लिए हिस्सा रिजर्व रखा है. दोनों को एलआईसी का इश्यू छूट पर होगा. सेबी में जमा मसौदा दस्तावेज के मुताबिक, इश्यू का 10 फीसदी हिस्सा पॉलिसी धारकों के लिए रिजर्व है. यानी एलआईसी की पॉलिसी लैप्स है तो भी आप रिजर्व कोटे में बोली लगाते हैं. एलआईसी कर्मचारियों के लिए 5 फीसदी हिस्सा रिजर्व होगा. 

The IPO has reserved a share in this for LIC policy holders and employees of the company. LIC issue to both will be at a discount. According to the draft document submitted to SEBI, 10 per cent of the issue is reserved for policy holders. That is, even if LIC's policy lapses, you bid in the reserve quota. 5% share will be reserved for LIC employees.
