बदलया चेक सिस्टम! जाने वरना रिटर्न होगा चेक (Changed Cheque system! Otherwise the return will be Cheque)

अगर बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा के ग्राहक हैं तो काम की खबर है. बैंक ने कुछ नियम बदले हैं.  1 फरवरी से बैंक नया नियम लागू कर दी. बैंक के नए नियम के बारे में नहीं जानते हैं तो कामकाज में परेशानी होगी.

चेक क्लीयरेंस में बदलाव 
(Change in Cheque clearance)

बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा के चेक क्लीयरेंस से जुड़े नियम बदले हैं. जानकारी के अनुसार, 1 फरवरी से चेक पेमेंट के लिए कंफर्मेशन अनिवार्य है. अगर चेक का कंफर्मेशन नहीं है तो चेक को वापस किया है. ये नियम 10 लाख या अधिक की रकम के चैक पर लागू होंगे.

Bank of Baroda's rules related to Cheque clearance have changed. According to the information, confirmation is mandatory for Cheque payment from February 1. If the Cheque is not confirmed, then the Cheque is returned. These rules will apply to Cheques of an amount of 10 lakhs or more.

बैंक ने की अपील (Bank appealed)

बैंक ने ग्राहकों से अपील की है, 'सीटीएस क्लीयरिंग के लिए पॉजिटिव पे का लाभ लें. बैंक ने नियम चैक में धोखाधड़ी से बचने के लिए किया है. विभिन्न माध्यमों से विवरणों की पुन: पुष्टि कर स्वयं को धोखाधड़ी से बचाएं.'

The bank has appealed to the customers, 'Take advantage of positive pay for CTS clearing. The bank has done the rules to avoid fraud in cheques. Protect yourself from fraud by re-verifying the details through various channels.'

इस पॉजिटिव पे कंफर्मेशन के लिए बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा ने ग्राहकों के लिए वर्चुअल मोबाइल नंबर 8422009988 की सुविधा है. नए नियम सीपीपीएस के बाद अकाउंट नंबर, चेक नंबर, चेक डेट, चेक अकाउंट, ट्रांजेक्शन कोड, पेयी के नाम के साथ 8422009988 पर भेजने पर कंफर्मेशन होगा. इससे ग्राहक टोल फ्री नंबर 1800 258 4455 और 1800 102 4455 पर फोन किया है.

For this positive pay confirmation, Bank of Baroda has provided the facility of virtual mobile number 8422009988 for the customers. After the new rule CPPS, the confirmation will be sent to 8422009988 with the account number, Cheque number, Cheque date, Cheque account, transaction code, name of the payee. With this, the customer has called toll free numbers 1800 258 4455 and 1800 102 4455.

पॉजिटिव पे सिस्टम (Positive pay system) ? 

पॉजिटिव पे सिस्टम चेक ट्रंकेशन सिस्टम के तहत चेक की क्लियरिंग में फ्रॉड से सुरक्षा उपलब्ध  है. चेक ट्रंकेशन सिस्टम चेक को क्लियर की एक प्रक्रिया है. चेक के कलेक्शन की प्रक्रिया को तेज बनाता है. नेशनल पेमेंट कॉरपोरेशन आफ इंडिया चेक ट्रंकेशन सिस्टम में पॉजिटिव पे सुविधा बैंकों को उपलब्‍ध है. यह सिस्टम 50000 या बड़े अमाउंट के चेक के जरिए पेमेंट पर लागू होगा.

Protection against fraud is available in the clearing of Cheques under Positive Pay System Cheque Truncation System. Cheque Truncation System is a process of clearing cheques. Speeds up the process of collection of Cheques. Positive Pay facility is available to banks in National Payment Corporation of India Cheque Truncation System. This system will be applicable on payment through Cheque of 50000 or larger amount.
