एचआईवी और एड्स के प्रति जागरुकता के लिए हर साल 1 दिसंबर को वर्ल्ड एड्स डे होता है. यूं तो एचआईवी के गंभीर लक्षण दिखने में कई साल लगते हैं, दो-तिहाई लोगों को वायरस की चपेट में आने के दो हफ्तों के अंदर हल्के और आम लक्षण हैं. लोग बीमारियां नजरअंदाज करते हैं और वायरस एड्स का कारण है.
World AIDS Day is celebrated every year on 1 December to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS. Although it takes many years for severe symptoms of HIV to appear, two-thirds of people have mild and common symptoms within two weeks of contracting the virus. People ignore diseases and virus is the cause of AIDS.
एचआईवी/एड्स के शुरुआती (Early of HIV/AIDS)
एचआईवी.जीओवी. से, निम्न लक्षण आम समस्याएं होते हैं. हाल ही में एचआईवी/एड्स के किसी कारण के संपर्क में हैं और लक्षणों को महसूस हैं, तो एचआईवी का टेस्ट करवा लें.

1. फ्लू लक्षण (flu symptoms)
एचआईवी से होने पर मरीज को 2 से 4 हफ्तों के अंदर ही सर्दी-जुकाम जैसे फ्लू के लक्षण दिखते हैं. सिरदर्द, बुखार, एनर्जी की कमी जैसी समस्याएं होती हैं. एचआईवी के ये लक्षण हफ्तों में चलते हैं.
When infected with HIV, the patient sees flu-like symptoms within 2 to 4 weeks. There are problems like headache, fever, lack of energy. These symptoms of HIV last for weeks.
2.संक्रमण होना (getting infected)
एचआईवी यानी ह्यूमन इम्युनोडेफिशिएंसी वायरस इम्यून सिस्टम पर अटैक है. शरीर संक्रमण से बचाव करने में कमजोर होता है. निमोनिया/अन्य बैक्टीरियल व वायरल इंफेक्शन बार-बार होते हैं. टीबी, किडनी, लंग के क्रॉनिक हैं.
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is an attack on the immune system. The body is weak in defending against infection. Pneumonia/other bacterial and viral infections are frequent. Along with TB, there are chronic infections of kidney, lung.
3. बुखार में पसीना (fever sweating)
एचआईवी के आम लक्षणों में बुखार के साथ रात में पसीना आना है. बुखार हल्का होता है. कारण यह है कि शरीर के अंदर कुछ गलत होता है, तो शरीर का तापमान बढ़ता है.
Common symptoms of HIV are night sweats along with fever. Fever is mild. The reason is that if something goes wrong inside the body, then the body temperature rises.
4. लिम्फ में सूजन (swollen lymph)
लिम्फ नोड्स शरीर के विभिन्न अंगों में स्थिती है, जैसे गर्दन, सिर के पीछे, बगल आदि. शरीर में किसी इंफेक्शन को नष्ट में मदद है. शरीर में एचआईवी संक्रमण शुरू है, तो लिम्फ नोड्स अतिसक्रिय होती हैं और बड़ी होती हैं.
Lymph nodes are located in various parts of the body, such as the neck, back of the head, armpits etc. Helps in destroying any infection in the body. When HIV infection starts in the body, the lymph nodes become hyperactive and enlarge.
5. स्किन रैशेज (Skin rashes)
एचआईवी संक्रमित से लोगों में स्किन रैशेज या स्किन इंफेक्शन होते हैं. जो कि एचआईवी/एड्स आम है.
Most people develop skin rashes or skin infections after being infected with HIV. Which is common with HIV/AIDS.
एचआईवी के लक्षणों को नजरअंदाज पर वायरस एड्स बनता है. जिससे पीरियड्स में बदलाव, वजन घटना, जोड़ों में दर्द, सांस फूलना, लंबे समय तक खांसी, शॉर्ट टर्म मेमोरी लॉस, भ्रम, कोमा जैसे गंभीर लक्षण दिखते हैं.
The symptoms of HIV are ignored but the virus causes AIDS. Due to which severe symptoms like change in periods, weight loss, joint pain, breathlessness, prolonged cough, short term memory loss, confusion, coma are seen.
