पीएम आवास योजना के लाभार्थियों के लिए खबर है. पीएम आवास योजना का लाभ नियमों में बड़ा बदलाव हुआ. अगर आपको प्रधानमंत्री आवास आवंटित हुआ तो जान लें कि इसमें पांच साल रहना अनिवार्य होगा वरना आवंटन निरस्त होगा. अभी जिन आवासों का रजिस्टर्ड एग्रीमेंट टू लीज करा दिया है या जो लोग यह एग्रीमेंट भविष्य में कराएंगे वह रजिस्ट्री नहीं है.
There is news for the beneficiaries of PM Awas Yojana. There was a big change in the benefits of PM Awas Yojana rules. If you are allotted the Prime Minister's house, then know that it will be mandatory to stay in it for five years or else the allotment will be cancelled. नियमों में बदलाव (Change in rules)
सरकार पांच साल यह देखेगी कि इन आवासों का इस्तेमाल है या नहीं. अगर आप रह रहे होंगे तभी इस एग्रीमेंट को लीज डीड में तब्दील होंगा. अन्यथा विकास प्राधिकरण साथ किए गए एग्रीमेंट को खत्म करेगा.आपके द्वारा जमा रकम वापस नहीं होगी. कुल मिलाकर चलने वाली धांधली बंद होगी.
The government will see for five years whether these houses are in use or not. If you are residing then only this agreement will be converted into lease deed. Otherwise the development authority will terminate the agreement made with you. The amount deposited by you will not be refunded. Overall rigging will stop.
फ्री होल्ड (Free hold)
बता दें कि नियम और शर्तों के मुताबिक कभी शहरी प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत बनाए गए फ्लैट फ्री होल्ड नहीं होंगे. पांच साल बाद लोगों को लीज पर रहना होगा. ये फायदा होगा कि जो लोग पीएम आवास योजना के तहत घर लेकर उसे किराये पर देते थे वो अब बंद होगा.

क्या नियम (What rules)?
अगर आवंटी की मौत होती है तो नियम के अनुसार, परिवार को लीज हस्तांतरित होगी. किसी और परिवार के साथ केडीए कोई एग्रीमेंट नहीं होगा. एग्रीमेंट के तहत 5 साल तक आवासों का इस्तेमाल होगा. आवासों की लीज बहाल होगी.
If the allottee dies, as per the rules, the lease will be transferred to the family. There will be no KDA agreement with any other family. Under the agreement, the allottees will have use of the houses for 5 years. The lease of the houses will be restored.
