बालों पर मेहंदी
(Apply henna on hair)
ड्राई बाल (dry hair)
मेहंदी से बाल मुलायम होते हैं.
Hair becomes soft with henna.
आप मेहंदी में अंडे का उपयोग करें.
You use eggs in Mehndi.
यह मिश्रण बाल को और चमकदार बनाता है.
This mixture makes the hair more shiny.
इसके लिए मेहंदी के पत्ते को उबालें,मेहंदी पाउडर मिलाएं.
For this boil henna leaves, now add henna powder.
बालों में लगा छोड़ दें.
Apply on hair and leave.
1 घंटे बाद शैम्पू से बालों को धो ले.
After 1 hour wash hair with shampoo.
1. हेयर ग्रोथ (hair growth)
पहले मेहंदी की पत्तियों को पीसे.
First grind the henna leaves.
अब जिंजी तेल मिलाकर बालों में लगाएं.
Now mix ginger oil and apply it in the hair.
एक घंटे के लिए छोडे.
Leave it for an hour.
बाल मजबूत और लंबे होगे.
Hair will be strong and long.
2. रूसी दूर (Russian away)
बालों में रुसी समस्या है तो कमजोर हो टूटते हैं.
If there is a dandruff problem in the hair, then it becomes weak and breaks.
स्कैल्प में खुजली की समस्या शुरू होती है और ग्रोथ रुकती है.
The problem of itching starts in the scalp and growth stops.
सरसों तेल में मेहंदी व भीगे मेथी के बीज मिला पेस्ट तैयार करे.
Prepare a paste by mixing henna and soaked fenugreek seeds in mustard oil.
बालों में लगाकर छोड़ दें.
Leave it on your hair.
आधे घंटे बाद शैम्पू से धोलें.
Wash off with shampoo after half an hour.
3. झड़ते बाल (Falling hair)
स्ट्रेस जिंदगी में बालों झड़ने की समस्या कॉमन है.
The problem of hair loss is common in stress life.
झड़ने से रोकने के लिए मेहंदी पाउडर को सरसों तेल में मिलाएं.
To prevent shedding, mix henna powder with mustard oil.
तैयार पेस्ट को बालों में लगाएं.
Apply the prepared paste on the hair.
बालों का झड़ना कम होगा.
Hair fall will be less.
