रॉयल एनफील्ड भारत में बहुत पसंद मोटरसाइकिल ब्रांड है और ग्राहकों की पसंदीदा बाइक क्लासिक 350 है जो कंपनी की ज्यादा बिकने वाली मोटरसाइकिल है. रॉयल एनफील्ड 26,300 क्लासिक 350 रिकॉल की घोषणा है जिससे ब्रेकिंग में बड़ी समस्या है. कंपनी ने सावधानी के तौर पर ये रिकॉल स्वैच्छिक जारी है. ये रिकॉल जे1ए मोटरसाइकिल के लिए जारी है जिस उत्पादन 01-09-2021 से 05-12-2021 के बीच है.
Royal Enfield is very much liked motorcycle brand in India and the favorite bike of the customers is Classic 350 which is the best selling motorcycle of the company. Royal Enfield 26,300 Classic 350 has been announced for recall, which has a major braking problem. The company has issued this recall voluntary as a precaution. The recall continues for the J1A motorcycle, which is in production between 1 September 2021 and 5 December 2021.
रिकॉल की पुष्टि (Recall confirmation)
रॉयल एनफील्ड ने सोमवार को सोसायटी ऑफ इंडियन ऑटोमोबाइल असोसिएशन या कहें तो सायम और सड़क परिवहन एवं हाइवे मंत्रालय को इस रिकॉल की जानकारी दी. रॉयल एनफील्ड ने इस रिकॉल की पुष्टि कहा, तकनीकी टीम ने मोटरसाइकिल के स्विंगआर्म पर लगे ब्रेक रिएक्शन ब्रैकेट के एक हिस्से में खामी है जिससे ब्रेकिंग में बड़ी दिक्कत होगी. इसका इस्तेमाल खासतौर पर 2021 मॉडल सिंगल-चैनल एबीएस और रियर ड्रम ब्रेक वाली क्लासिक 350 मोटरसाइकिल में है.
Royal Enfield on Monday informed the Society of Indian Automobile Association or Siam and the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways about this recall. Confirming the recall, Royal Enfield said, the technical team has found a defect in a part of the brake reaction bracket mounted on the swingarm of the motorcycle, which will cause major braking problems. It is mainly used in the 2021 model Classic 350 motorcycle with single-channel ABS and rear drum brake.
ब्रेकिंग सी आवाज (breaking sound)
रॉयल एनफील्ड ने बयान में कहा, “एक खास राइडिंग कंडिशन में तेजी से ब्रेकिंग की दशा में रियर पैडल बाइक के रिएक्शन ब्रैकेट को नुकसान पहुंचाता है. इससे प्रभावित मोटरसाइकिल में ब्रेकिंग के दौरान अजीब आवाज है, ये एक्सट्रीम कंडिशन में ब्रकिंग की क्षमता को कम है. ये समस्या सिर्फ सिंगल-चैनल एबीएस और रियर ड्रम ब्रेक वाली क्लासिक 350 में सामने है. जिनका उत्पादन 1 सितंबर से 5 दिसंबर 2021 के बीच है.”
Royal Enfield said in a statement, “In case of rapid braking in a particular riding condition, the rear pedal damages the reaction bracket of the bike. The affected motorcycle has a strange sound while braking, which reduces its braking ability in extreme conditions. This problem is only present on the Classic 350 with single-channel ABS and rear drum brake. Whose production is between 1 September to 5 December 2021.

रॉयल एनफील्ड की टीम और डीलरशिप प्रभावित मोटरसाइकिल के मालिकों से संपर्क करें, कंपनी की वेबसाइट पर जाकर या रॉयल एनफील्ड डीलरशिप पहुंच या 1800210007 पर कंपनी को कॉल करके ये जानकारी लेते हैं कि बाइक इस रिकॉल का हिस्सा तो नहीं हैं. क्वालिटी और मजबूती के लिए हम लगातार वाहनों की जांच करे, ये समस्या एक विशेष कंडिशन में ही पैदा है और ग्राहकों को निजात के लिए कंपनी ने स्वैच्छिक रिकॉल जारी है.
The Royal Enfield team and dealerships contact the owners of the affected motorcycles by visiting the company's website or reaching the Royal Enfield dealerships or calling the company on 1800210007 to check if the bikes are not part of the recall. We constantly check the vehicles for quality and strength, this problem has arisen only in a particular condition and the company is continuing the voluntary recall to relieve the customers.
