भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने आईबीए के अनुरोध के बाद, बैंकों को पारिवारिक पेंशन में संशोधन के कारण अतिरिक्त लायबिलिटी का 2021-22 से शुरू 5 वर्षों में रिवीजन करने की अनुमति दी. आरबीआई ने बैंकों को संबंध में वित्तीय विवरणों के लिए अपनाई लेखा नीति का खुलासा करे.
The Reserve Bank of India, following the request of the IBA, allowed banks to revise the additional liability on account of revision of family pension in 5 years starting from 2021-22. Disclose the accounting policy adopted by RBI for financial statements in respect of banks.
ये छूट भारतीय बैंक संघ के अनुरोध दी गई. बैंकों के लिए एक वर्ष में फैमिली पेंशन में संशोधन के संबंध में बड़ी मात्रा में लायबिलिटी का इंतजाम करे.
This exemption was given at the request of Indian Banks' Association. Arrange for a large amount of liability for the banks in relation to the revision of family pension in a year.
नियमों में संशोधन (amendment of rules)
आरबीआई ने मुद्दों की नियामक दृष्टिकोण से जांच की और असाधारण मामले में, यह है कि उपरोक्त निपटान के तहत आने वाले बैंक मामले में कार्रवाई करे.
RBI examines the issues from a regulatory point of view and in exceptional case, it is for the banks under the above settlement to take action in the matter.
पेंशन में बढ़ोतरी (increase in pension)
अगस्त महीने में बैंक कर्मचारियों की फैमिली पेंशन को 30% बढ़ोतरी किया. पिछली पेंशन की अपेक्षा कर्मचारियों को 30% ज्यादा फैमिली पेंशन मिलेगी. फैमिली पेंशन बढ़ाने की मांग लंबे दिनों से थी. इंडियन बैंकिंग एसोसिएशन ने सरकार के सामने प्रस्ताव रखा था इसकी डिमांड रखी थी जिसे मान लिया है. फैसले के बाद, बैंक कर्मचारी की अंतिम सैलरी थी, 30% बढ़ाकर फैमिली पेंशन होगी.
In the month of August, the family pension of bank employees was increased by 30%. Employees will get 30% more family pension than the previous pension. There was a demand for increasing family pension for a long time. The Indian Banking Association had proposed to the government and had placed its demand, which has been accepted. इस से बैंक कर्मचारी के प्रति परिवार को 30,000 से 35,000 रुपये का फायदा होगा.
