इतिहास (History)
दशहरा(विजयदशमी) महान हिंदू त्योहारों में से एक है जो नवरात्रि के तुरंत बाद और दिवाली से बीस दिन पहले होता है - रोशनी का त्योहार। यह बुराई पर अच्छाई की जीत का प्रतीक है, जिसमें लंका के राजा रावण, अयोध्या के राजा भगवान राम के खिलाफ लड़ाई हारते हैं।
Dussehra (Vijayadashmi) is one of the great Hindu festivals that occurs immediately after Navratri and twenty days before Diwali - the festival of lights. It symbolizes the victory of good over evil, in which Ravana, the king of Lanka, loses a battle against Lord Rama, the king of Ayodhya.
दशहरा 15 अक्टूबर, 2021 को मनाया जाएगा। एक दिन, रावण के पुतले को आतिशबाजी के साथ जलाया जाता था, जो बुराई के विनाश को था। यह देखते हुए कि महामारी जीवन को प्रभावित है और फ्लू का मौसम पहले से कहीं कहर बरपा रहा है, दूरी बनाए रखे महत्वपूर्ण है।

कब मनाते हैं(When Celebrate)
दशहरा नाम संस्कृत के शब्द दशा (दस) और हारा (हार) से मिलकर है। यह रावण (10 सिर वाले राजा) पर राम की जीत का है। दशहरा या विजयदशमी हिंदू कैलेंडर के अश्विन महीने के 10 वें दिन मनाता है। दशहरा नौ दिवसीय नवरात्रि उत्सव की समाप्ति का प्रतीक है। दशहरा, लोगों के लिए, दिवाली उत्सव की तैयारी की शुरुआत का प्रतीक है - जब भगवान राम अयोध्या लौटे - जो दशहरे के 20 दिन बाद आता है।
The name Dussehra is derived from the Sanskrit words dasha (ten) and hara (necklace). It is of Rama's victory over Ravana (the 10 headed king). Dussehra or Vijayadashami is celebrated on the 10th day of the Ashwin month of the Hindu calendar. Dussehra marks the end of the nine-day Navratri festival. Dussehra, for the people, marks the beginning of preparations for the Diwali festival - when Lord Rama returned to Ayodhya - which comes 20 days after Dussehra.
