बिजनेस सॉफ्टवेयर फर्म फ्रेशवर्क्स इंक ने बुधवार को अमेरिकी एक्सचेंज नैसडैक पर एंट्री की है. अपने शानदार एंट्री के साथ कंपनी ने अपने 500 कर्मचारियों को करोड़पति है. इन 500 कर्मचारियों में 69 कर्मचारियों की उम्र 30 साल से कम है.

Business software firm Freshworks Inc made an entry on the American exchange Nasdaq on Wednesday. With its spectacular entry, the company has made its 500 employees millionaires. Of these 500 employees, 69 employees are below 30 years of age.

अमेरिकी नैसडैक में रैंक होने वाली यह भारत की पहली सॉफ्टवेयर एज सर्विस और यूनिकॉर्न कंपनी है. फ्रेशवर्क इंक गिरीश मातृभूतम की कंपनी है जिसके शेयर ने नैसडैक इंडेक्स पर अपने इश्यू प्राइस से 21 फीसदी ऊपर 36 डॉलर के भाव में एंट्री की है.

It is the first software edge service and unicorn company in India to be ranked in the US NASDAQ. Freshwork Inc. is a company of Girish Matrubhutam, whose shares have entered the Nasdaq index at a price of $36, 21 percent above its issue price.

12 अरब डॉलर मार्केट कैप ($12 billion market cap)

एंट्री के साथ ही फ्रेशवर्क्स इंक का मार्केट कैप 12 अरब डॉलर के ऊपर है. कंपनी के सीईओ गिरीश मातृभूम ने कहा कि कंपनी ने दूसरी भारतीय Saas स्टार्टअप के लिए पब्लिक होने का रास्ता साफ है. स्टॉक मार्केट में लिस्टिंग के साथ ही कर्मचारियों के लिए बहुत पैसा बनाया है. फ्रेशवर्क्स खुद के लिए BMW लेने के लिए शुरू नहीं की थी बल्कि कर्मचारियों के लिए BMW हैं.

With the entry, the market cap of Freshworks Inc. is above $12 billion. The company's CEO Girish Mathrubhum said that the company has cleared the way for the second Indian SaaS startup to go public. With listing in the stock market, a lot of money is made for the employees as well. Freshworks was not started to take BMW for itself but BMW for the employees.

500 कर्मचारी बने करोड़पति

सीईओ गिरीश ने बताया कि पब्लिक होने से 500 कर्मचारी करोड़पति हैं जिनमें से 69 कर्मचारियों की उम्र 30 वर्ष से कम है. कंपनी के दो-तिहाई शेयर होल्डर है.कंपनी को यहां तक पहुंचाने के लिए दिन रात मेहनत की इनाम मिलना चाहिए. भारत में 500 कर्मचारी करोड़पति हैं.

CEO Girish told that 500 employees are millionaires by going public, out of which 69 employees are below 30 years of age. Two-thirds of the company is the shareholder. To take the company to this point, there should be a reward for hard work day and night. There are 500 employees millionaires in India.

कर्मचारियों का धन्यवाद (Thank the Staff)

फ्रेशवर्क्स के सीईओ गिरीश मातृभूम ने अपने कर्मचारियों का धन्यवाद किया. उन्होंने कहा यह कपंनी सिर्फ मेरी मेहनत से नहीं बनी है. यह आप सब के मेहनत से बनी है और मिलकर इसे और आगे बढ़ाएंगे . फ्रेशवर्क्स शुरुआत से ही एक ग्लोबल कंपनी रही है. इसके कस्टमर 120 से अधिक देशों में है और इसका ज्यादातर रेवेन्यू अमेरिका से ही आता है.

Freshworks CEO Girish Mathrubhum thanked his employees. He said that this company was not made only by my hard work. It is made by the hard work of all of you and together we will take it further. Freshworks has been a global company since its inception. Its customers are in more than 120 countries and most of its revenue comes from America.
